Great customer service, food was good, barely anyone there. The lobby was very empty. This was around 2pm. Atmosphere was good though. Grace was an exceptional representative for our experience. She was patient and very friendly. We enjoyed the food, as well as the nice restrooms. The restaurant was clean and the entire staff very professional. Grace was the reason I am posting this review. She went above and beyond to deliver great service and made the entire trip worth our while. This will be a family destination from here on out.

Came in about a week ago. I ordered the chicken supreme sandwich. When I went to take a bite my sandwich bread was very dry and getting hard at certain areas of the bread. Came down to it my sandwich was unedible and had to throw it away. No excuse for serving dry hard bread. On top of that it literally took almost 30 mins to get me my sandwich. I ordered inside. This is at the Spokane Valley east Sprague location. All the employees where young females just standing around and talking. Think real hard about if I want to come back. Waste of money..

Senor foggy is so yummy we go to the one here in the Spokane Valley thier service is always great thier food is always fresh they have the best salsa ever I recommend the corn Sala and thier crisp meat and bean burrito is so good this senor ? froggy is the best the one downtown in Spokane is also awsome its owed by the same person as this one in the valley I just don't go there all the time only when I have to go to downtown

Came in at 8:40 pm and none of the employees would wait on me. They were too busy worrying about closing. Not one other customer in the place. I was told 3 times someone would be with me soon. Waited 5 minutes and left. Pitiful service. Shouldn’t leave irresponsible teenagers in charge.

Madison and Tim we're very courteous and kind and prompt and the green salsa verde was amazing. The senior Froggy's has been here as far as I can remember. I will go out of my way to come and eat here I've never had a bad meal here.... I highly recommend. Hot Springs Montana

Sat in the drive through for 25 mins on a lunch break with 2 cars in front of me finally started moving and couldnt even stay to pay or get food because when i got to the window i sat there for another 5 mins and they were just taking orders not coming to the window to deal with payment or the customers that have been sitting there for almost 30 min and i wasnt gonna miss work to wait for another 5 mins so i could pay and get my food just to eat it in 5 hours when im off and the food is cold like really if your planning on eating here plan on being there, drive through or dine in for longer than a hour or else your gonna be just as mad as i am
