Usually, they don't do chain restaurants.I remember why now.The server was super sweet, younger gal, I'd shout out if I knew her name.The other server seemed to push her around. You can tell he has been there since 1985. Food was sitting in the server window ....for....ever. They need to implement servers helping servers instead of walking past the food while doing nothing (3rd server). Coffee cup had to be returned, I question if it actually saw a dishwasher before being used again. The server was all that was worth our breakfast trip. Will not be back.

I absolutely love Shari's. Food is delicious, customer service is always enjoyable and there is always a table available every time I go. If you haven't been you should definitely go. We arrived and there were 2 groups of people ahead of us. One group of 2 & one group of 4. Ryan at the register stated to them that there is a wait. After those groups were taken back, Ryan did not not acknowledge our group (of 4) at all. We stood at the wait to be seated sign for over 20 minutes without being acknowledged. We didn’t matter.

I went in Sunday to have breakfast with a friend I haven't seen in a long while, I was looking forward to actually having breakfast together, unfortunately her hamburger was bloody, went on her cold French toast, so she sent it back, and asked me to go ahead and eat so it didn't get cold.By the time she got her overcooked hamburger patty , and again cold French toast , I was done, mind you I don't eat fast at all, it took awhile to get her breakfast.I felt bad as I recommended we go to Shari's, so I went in with receipt in hand to speak with manager Monday, she was not there yet, a very nice waitress helped me and was very apologetic, until the snotty and rude waitress , Danielle( who waited on us)walked up, and took over conversation, she said "why didn't you guys say something when you were here, we could have fixed it", and yes they may have been able to, but by the time we received her second breakfast, it was already late, and we had to go.She offered No apology, was very condensing, and treated the other waitress the same way, she's very rude, to top it off, I have tried to call numerous times to speak with manager, she has yet to call back or even answer my messages.I dont know if their having a hard time keeping decent employees, but seems to be the case, also I have never seen such a filthy bathroom toilet in a restaurant like that, very nasty !Save yourself your hard earned money, and go to IHOP or other places around there.

Went in to pick up a delivery. After 10 minutes the MGR Sierra came out. She immediately started complaining this wasn't her job and she didn't wanna do it. She did part of an order yelled at an employee and walked away. Left after another 5 minutes with no food and no help. I understand if they are short staffed. I wouldn't come in to work if I had to deal with her either.
Went here 20 minutes until close to do a to go order. They couldn't do food because they shut down the grill. You are open until 11. Figure it out. Do not go here.

Service was poor, guy that was waiting on us was rude. (Appears a staffing shortage) We had 2 Philly Dip Sandwiches. The meat was one thin slice, the fries wasn't even a handful. The coffee as always was good.
