Good people work here. They made sure homeless man was not forgotten about at Christmas. May God bless them.Wheelchair accessibility: City of Spokane Valley or Starbucks did not complete the sidewalk or walkway. No problem if you come by car to the parking lot or come from the neighborhood to the south but extremely difficult for wheelchairs and support walkers if you come by city bus or the neighborhood to the north.

This starbucks needs to get better about asking people if they have a rewards to scan the QR code, or paying attention when we have the code out to scan.Its an inconvenience to call the starbucks hotline and jump through the hoops, plus you have to google the customer service number, its not on the app….

This almost makes me like Starbucks. They had this displayed on the Veterans Day weekend. Liberty Lake,
Karen that works here is so rude. Opened the window and said “here’s one”, handed us a portion of our order. She came back gave us the rest “here’s two” and shut the window.No greeting and goodbye comment. Just be kind to people! Go home is you’re in a cranky mood and don’t ruin other people’s moods.

I came here and did homework (they have free wifi and lots of outlets) and had a great experience. I accidentally ordered my chai tea latte without oat milk and when I realized, they were super accommodating and remade my drink for free! The staff was super friendly and quick at making everyone’s drinks. I feel like this wouldn’t be a good store to come to if you had a large group of people because the seating is designed for smaller groups.
Come on it's starbucks, if you know you know!
