Veggie quality is questionable, cross contamination is rampant, there's always meat in the veggies and vice versa. My biggest complaint is that this place is never open when it says it is. I understand being short-staffed as I work in retail, but at this point it's kind of ridiculous. If you're short-staffed, at least put out a sign. It's ridiculous for there to be a whole line of people out front just for an employee to pop out and say "Oh we're closed, sorry." I don't understand how this place has stayed open with all of the issues it has.

Got a sandwich here, they were out of half the stuff I asked for which is understandable. But the girls working here had terrible attitudes and made my sandwich very poorly, with not enough meat and all the sauces piled high in the middle, when I ask for onion she gave me three super thin rings, etc., just a disappointing sandwich, if you will. I had actually mentioned at the beginning of the transaction that im quite blind and was struggling to read the board. At the end I brought my sandwich back, decided this was absolutely not what I paid for and asked for it to be remade. The girl that made it in the first place didn’t even say anything, just ✨literally✨ slapped the sand which down on the counter and walked to back leaving me there for a couple minutes. Another girl comes back, takes a half a second look at it, and says it fine, I watched them make it so it’s my fault. Again, I can’t see. She told me they aren’t remaking it. The attitudes made me super uncomfortable so I just asked for my money back because I don’t really want anything they make for me at this point. They refused, and started walking away with my food, so now I have no food, negative money, and some teenagers making the people around them feel awful. Worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff even went to other shops around the food court, calling me certain names I can’t repeat on Facebook.I’ve tried contacting the owners multiple times, they don’t answer or return texts. They are not listed as a business on BBB either, or I would have logged my complaint there.

Horrible service today. Out of everything, bread hard as a rock. And staff are sitting on back counter on their phones and not working. I realize it's hard to find good employees right now but who is accountable for this.

When I arrived, the employee was sitting on the counter playing on her phone. I then asked for a wrap, they were out. Asked for another sandwich, didn't warm up the bacon. I asked for tomatoes, she said they were out. The chicken looked lime it was shredded. The employees were more worried about things going on on their phones. I work in the area and will not be back. Yuk

Worst subway location ever. Rude guy working, he wasn’t helping a girl who was trying to fill her drink or turn the machine on. The sand which sucked. The selection was lacking in every way. I never leave bad reviews but the experience was just that bad all around.

It's not the girls fault, I hope, but my fiance and I are there Thursday night 02/17/2022 and got the most wicked food poisoning we have ever experienced. We had a deli turkey sub with mayo, honey mustard, lettuce, onion, pickle and olive. Just getting over the sickness now. Just want the food to be more thoroughly inspected!
Ordered a foot long turkey sandwich, at 6:20pm was not told at The beginning they where out of lettuce. Ordered something not Appealing anymore.

I really hope the owner sees this and does something with their employees. Went here to grab a sub after work and never ever thought I had to describe a Flatbread to subway before and the girls need a lot more training plus the cup they put olives in was contaminated with avocado which with anyone allergic to avocado be aware because they didn't clean the cup before scooping more olives into the same cup. Two of the girls were nice but the girl they brought out was very IMMATURE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I felt like I was dealing with a whiny bratty teenager. This was the very worst subway

Went a couple days ago to the mall, my boyfriend and I were super hungry so we got in the subway line. First we wait longer in line the I ever have had to with only two people in front of us, they had three workers who all looked to be around 16, no one older. Once it was our turn to order they asked multiple times the meet we wanted when they got the bread and forgot what we said they rudely said "and what meat was that". She didn't know which one we were talking about (sweet onion chicken) and had to wait for another employee to help. She butchered the bread when cutting it open but didn't get a new one just made a mess out of it. Didn't fill the sandwiches like subway usually does both sandwiches were 90% bread. When they got the bread out they said "oh no this has been in here 60min" didn't think much of it until biting it was like biting into a crouton. They hadn't replaced any of the veggies, used their hands not spoons to grab most things, they were the only restaurant serving people without masks on. Overall they were rude, unprepared, unsanitary and needed some sort of direction. Felt like I was at a child's lemonade stand.

Rude staff who don’t care about quality. Asked for a refund and Kiera? Instantly gave us attitude. Wouldn’t give us our food back, remake it or refund us. Garbage employees, if you don’t want to do do your job correctly or deal with people, get a new job.
