The young lady that made my sandwich was very nice and the tuna that I had on my tuna sub was a brand new batch made fresh and it was delicious.

I've been to this subway many times and have always had a good experience, however, tonight was exceptional! Skylar was more than wonderful! Even after arriving a mere 8 minutes before closing (due to updated hours we weren't aware of), he was more than happy to serve us. Not only that, but his interaction with my 4-year-old daughter made the visit so much more special. She was all smiles after talking with him about our orders and even "helping" close the store. I can't thank him enough for being so incredible!

I ordered a Philly steak sandwich in the middle of making it lady told me that toaster was down so I thought maybe the cheese wasn’t going to get melted then had my sandwich realize my steak was ice cold!

I gave 2 stars because the food is consistent. Ordered on the app 45?minutes before it was supposed to be ready. I was greeted by the employees, but noticed my order wasn’t ready despite the app saying it was. There were 2 people in line with one already getting a sandwich assembled. I went to the counter to ask about my order and Joe, the employee acted like he was busy and ignored me. Finally the young gal who was assembling the sandwich for the customer looked at me annoyed and asked if we were together. I told her no and that my order was missing. She acted annoyed and said “it’s not done yet sorry.” Grab a drink and I will make it. I get it if you’re busy or if there is a mistake, but I think what is most annoying is that they acted as if I wasn’t there and were annoyed when I asked for help. It’s now nearly 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and she’s still slowly assembling my food. I guess it’s too much to ask for reasonable service these days. That’s what I get for slumming it at subway. Nothing has changed.

There are not too many subways around here, but this one is definitely one of the best! Employees are always nice, and with some small outdoor seating, it's a great spot for those cool summer days!

Overpriced for quality, won’t accept coupons. There are better sandwich chains down the street for cheaper.

Your store has decided to stop accepting coupons so we aren’t coming here until they start accepting them again. Best of luck with that. We get these in the mail and live up the street. We will be supporting elsewhere.

Went there about half an hour or so before closing:No gluten free bread, out of Avocado/Guacamole, out of Tuna. Washroom closed.My daughter ordered a Salami sandwich and instead of a cold cut sandwich, the cashier charged a sandwich that costs $2 more as "the best he could do".And the sandwiches had squished bread. Almost flatbread style.The only good thing was that the cashier allowed us to refill our water bottles and he was friendly.Luckily we don't live close.

Fast and friendly service at this location. The only reason I did not give 5 stars has to do with the subway app, not the store. The store went to the trouble of calling me to adjust my order since the app is not completely in sync with the individual locations menu options. Thank you Sullivan store for the extra effort you put in my order.

This location doesn't take Official Subway coupons. What good is receiving local coupons in the mail if the local business they are for doesn't except them?
