I am extremely disappointed about my experience. I ordered a footlong with a double meet and got a sandwich with the amount of meat for a 6in. The only two workers in there spent the whole time bickering back and forth and were not paying attention to a single thing we were asking for on our order. As well as left things out of our order. Spent almost $80 and drove 20 minutes to not get my entire meal. It was just ridiculous. Extremely unprofessional.

We ordered over $70 worth of sandwiches. The service was horrible, the sandwiches were awful. The staff now hides behind a metal wall so you cant see your sandwiches being made.Ordered double meat on 3 of the sandwiches and was charged for it.Unwrapped at home to find barely enough meat for a 6" ,let alone a foot long. Reporting to BBB for stealing from its customers.

Ordered 5 hours ahead for my pickup order. Received an email that order was almost ready 15 minutes before arranged time. Showed up 5 minutes later than my scheduled time. After waiting for 3 people ahead of me, I was asked what my name was after I told them I had a pick up order. I was then apologized too and told that they had to make them all still. Not really sure what the point was to order ahead if they were just going to wait until I showed up. It is after 5pm on a Tuesday and there is a younger kid and an older gal...no hussle or multitasking at all. They complement eachother on how slow they work together. Store floors were not clean. I am thinking they need an able bodied adult working especially during dinner hours would be helpful. These sandwiches better be amazing for almost $50

This Subway is the worst subway in the valley every time I go there they have like one person working and lines out the door so they think that trying to rush one person to make sandwiches for everyone is better quality service this Subway does not know what customer service is I have ordered through them many times and I would rather drive the extra 5 miles to go to another subwY

Subway is a craving this place just about killed the craving ..1 no employees at front2. Bathroom is looked with key pad because of druggies I get it but generl law abiding public pay the price for what the government can't control..3had to call hello 5 times to get employees to front4 told tall skinny young teenage boy foot long white #4and asked fir code to restroom went washed hands came back he forgot what I ordered5 repeated order Saud not toasted asked me 3 times if I wanted it toasted6. Finally got to my toppings repeated one by one multiple times but last 2 I was pre occupied already upset etc. My fault he wasn't listening and for not paying him attention but he forgot the last 2 topping ughhh7. 16$ for a foot long is highway robbery aging its not subways fault for that that's the wasteful paying of 15$ an hour8. Store was dirty and unorganizedIf your going to pay the employees 15 an hour they need a brain obviously this subway failed in that department

My husband and I each got a foot long sandwich. The price was $40.20, I was very shocked how much the prices went up and then when we opened our sandwiches there was so little chicken on the sandwiches I thought she forgot the chicken. The lady that made the sandwich was very nice but I will not be back. Prices up that high and quality and quantity of food down, just is not worth it.

This is one of the cleanest subways and also great kind staff. When im in a pinch I love going to subway for a veggie sandwich. I usually order online pickup and its always ready on time and good when I get home. We recently ordered cookies and they were out of one of our choices, so they let us choose another cookie and made sure we knew before leaving (subway indeed has the best cookies).
