Wife went in to order quickly as we have 2 kids in the truck with a trailer, took 15 minutes of listening to blaring music and an empty counter to talk to someone. Is this the kind of employees you have???? Service as trashy as the dumpster out back. Do better.

I understand the convenience of the kiosk’s, and the online ordering. But when a customer comes to the front counter to order (I came to the front counter because my mobile order was made wrong) it’s not ok to just let customers sit and wait to be helped for 10 minutes. You guys make constant eye contact, and still do nothing to greet, or take care of your waiting customers. I don’t do taco bell often but when I do, this location always disappoints.

Taco bell is good. The foods usually good, sober, drunk, or after a joint. This location is a laugh. Staff is rude and lazy, good luck getting someone to the counter if you need anything. Have a complaint or questions? Make sure and prepare to have at least 3 kids roll their eyes and curse at eachother and walk away while you're trying to talk. Maybe everyone is high? Maybe the staff is brain dead? Who knows! What i do know is this store is the laughing stock of the company, and the franchise owner of this location should be embarrassed to open his doors. My six-year-old daughter is more competent and has better customer service skills than the *special* individuals that work here.

Manager/owner is discriminatory against disabled people. I had an interview scheduled before the new open and they left me waiting in the rain and snow, when I finally reached someone they hung up on me when I said I was disabled, and then refused to talk to me.
