Had Mahi tacos. One little strip of fish for each taco. It was fishy tasting so wouldn't recommend. Martinis are good. But a Lil pricey menu for what you get in my opinion. Great atmosphere.

Very comfortable atmosphere, wonderful food as well. My wife had a ribeye steak perfectly cooked, and I had the pork Au Jus. I would highly recommend both. The server was very knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Price wise it's not the cheapest, but for good reason.

Last week when my husband and i visited Twigs, we got excellent service. Our server billed us incorrectly and he was honest about it, so we decided that the amount we were overcharged would be his tip. I scribbled “thanks for your honesty!☺️”Tonight we went back and after 10 mins of sitting down waiting for service, we didn’t get any. Instead about three on-the-clock servers were laughing and crowding around a corner table with off-duty Twigs staff. It would’ve been ok for them to casually share, laughs with their off-duty coworkers if they at least kept their eyes on the ball with customers who walked in. But I had waved three times at two different servers or staff, and was met with just a dead look and still no service. They carried on chatting and laughing.The manager did speak with us and offered to make it right. Twigs at rhe valley mall has usually had great service which was what made tonight so disappointing. It wasn’t even a busy night and another couple at the bar remarked “hey you guys have been here awhile..” Glad they noticed because the staff sure didn’t.
This was our first time at Twigs; we had booked our reservation for 7:00pm and was informed by our waitress that we had come at the end of dinner rush, and they needed to restock the kitchen after we had waited 10minutes for her to come over. We received our appetizer at the same time as our entrees, and we had to ask for silverware. The staff were seemingly unorganized, and the atmosphere was not what we expected from a martini bar.
Staff was extremely nice, fast and accommodating. We over ordered as usual, and everything was very good. Clean and comfortable. Music seemed a little inappropriate, more club style music with a lot of cussing, but thats definitely subjective!Overall our first time there for an anniversary dinner was nice and will absolutely give Twigs another visit!!!

Food is good, but the customer service is always horrible! They always take my order over the phone and call back to confirm a small detail (I think it’s to check if the order was real or not maybe?) then they never have that detail done when I go pick up the food. Today, the manager actually called to see how I wanted the pizza sauce on my pizza, we confirmed it, and as usual there was no sauce. So why do they call your cell phone back and ask things which they never do? I called back to speak to the manager that called, and he had just left, the receptionist was very rude and hung up when I said I will be leaving a review this time.Response to owner:I wish my review was actually read. I like how you replied to the comment I made, but nothing was mentioned about the customer service I received and how a call is made back every time. The sauce was not on the pizza, or even included in the order. So I like how that was the main part of your reply, but nothing was there. Being an owner/manager, all you have to do is read the whole review and figure out how to solve a repetitive problem. Instead of asking the customer what is wrong, after they already mentioned it.

We like to eat at the bar here because you rarely have to wait for a seat. The staff are friendly. They have a lot of cocktails, but we mostly like simple drinks. The orange chicken salad is amazing if you want something light. The chicken avocado sandwich is also excellent.Parking: Always have parking, but might have to walk a little ways if it's busy.

Our waitress Autumn was awesome. Just didn't like the food. Had the "seasonal flatbread' - really would not recommend, the flavors just didn't jive for us & they comp'td them. The atmosphere is great & fantastic service.
