“The staff are very polite and caring. The food is delicious. I am particularly fond of the spicy king pao tofu. The tofu has a great texture and the flavor is outstanding. At other restaurants I have had tofu dishes that were squishy and flavorless. The tofu here is some of the best I have had. I also greatly enjoy their iced Tai Tea. It is flavorful and hits the spot without the bitter taste of coffee.“
“Frequented this local spot several times and I have to say I've had a great experience every time. The food is flavorful and authentic yet somehow simple. Important to mention that I'm vegetarian which the menu is very accommodating of. Vegan options as well just make sure to clarify that the item you're ordering doesn't have fish sauce. My usual favorite is the large vegan pho and a tofu bahn mi. The bhan me is about half the meal and the pho being quite larger definitely either makes me full or enough to take some home for breakfast the next morning. I've also had a bun noodle dish and is was very good as well. The customer service is nothing extraordinary but that's ok as they're easy to work with and family run. Don't know how to compare it to other places but so far haven't had any complaints and can rely on it to recommend and bring friends to:) Overall 9/10!“
“Their Broth is the best in all of Spokane. They have tripe and tendon and it's fresh and tender.!!!They use beef bone in their soups! The service is excellent! And the quality is unmatched.Parking: The is a dirt lot right next to building, the paved lot is very limited on spAce, but always plenty of parking!“
“Amazing service. The lady working was so nice and helpful about what to order. You could tell she was happy to work there unlike a lot of other restaurants you visit. She had a really positive attitude. The food was really fresh and had amazing taste. I loved that you could customize your spice level and there was different options of meat to choose from. I got the tofu which id normally be afraid of but I tried it and wasn’t disappointed. It was so good and made me change my mind about tofu. Super clean environment also“
“My guy and I dined for the first time here and it was great! We had a reservation and although we were a bit early, Brian greeted us with a welcoming attitude and seated us immediately. Simone was the sweetest server, super helpful with showing us how the dining experience worked. The ingredients were beautiful and fresh, and the robot service was fun -- she talks to you! We ordered one clear broth and one spicy, both accommodated in separate sections of the hot pot. I got chili oil on the side, but didn't need it. Mine was spicy enough at level 3. Thuy came by to ask how the meal was, and we chatted at length with her and partner Brian. They seemed genuinely happy to meet us and that is so hard to find these days. We also love going to Thuy's other restaurant, the Mongolian BBQ which is better/cleaner/fresher than some other similar Mongolian places in the area. To-go containers are styrofoam, so just be cautious because we took ours home and the next morning the broth had seeped through the styrofoam, leaking slightly onto our fridge shelf. We turned the table pot off a while before taking to-go, but it may have been still too hot. Suggest they go with plastic to-go containers just to be safe. But with enough leftovers for another bowl of pho, it's like getting two meals out of the price of one. Overall a fantastic experience and we'll come back again! P.S. I read some of the prior reviews here, and we didn't have any issues that others did. Maybe this staff just needed to some grace after the grand opening to improve the service with a new staff. All went well for us in their second month of opening, no complaints from us!“
