AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT GO TO THIS ZIPS!Asked for extra fry sauce. They decided to hand me an entire bag of sauce and no food. Then they allowed me to drive off without communicating the "joke" they were playing with my food. So at this point, drove all the way home, with a bag of sauce, assuming my food should be underneath the large amount on the top. Get home to discover the frustrating truth. The quick meal we were hoping to grab at the end of a long day, was a mere prank. A bag of sauce. Extremely hungry and irritated at this point, I drove back to the restaurant. The employee, who did the sauce stuffing, proceeded to argue that I shouldn't have drove off and that it was my fault. (that was a super fun experience) About 25 minutes had gone by at this point, the manager, still didn't say a word. I had to ask who it was, a young lady rose her hand. No apology, no offer to recook the food, no refund. She then tried to hand me my cold food which had sat there while I drove home and back as if nothing happened (For those not keeping track, I drove home with a bag of sauce, then had to tell my wife and toddler I didn't have dinner and drive back to the restaurant). I asked for a refund, she rudely requested my card and snatched the cold food off the counter like I was losing out on it. I could have asked them to recook it, but at this point, I didn't trust anyone in there to not mess with it again.It's a shame, I typically love Zips, but this particular location, they always mess the order up, have repeatedly been rude over the years and then this, to top it off.

Fish & Chips were both dry & no tarter (or any sauce) was provided, only found out after we got home. Fries were dry & seemed old. Shakes were good. Very expensive too. Not sure if it was just an off night, but not excited to go back to this location in the future.

Just stopped by the drive through, for bacon burger! The gal at the window was extremely rude! More interested in telling another employee named "Michael " goodbye! I finally got my order! Received a burger instead! I went in to take it back, while another guy,very nice, took care of her error, "she walks by and said she wanted a burger, and that's what she got! I will not be going back! I hope the manager deals with this!

This Zips location has the BEST Breakfast EVER! I just had the most yummiest Enormous Breakfast Omlette Ever. It was stuffed with ham & veggies w/ a side of Hashbrowns & toast. My daughter had the Kids Pancake with eggs and Bacon. That was also giant as well. We are from out of town so we will definitely be come back next time we are in town. Hats off to the chef Tristan and all the rest of the Aaamazing staff that was so courteous.Kid-friendliness: The kids meals were great and staff was so sweet to our daughter
I went here and upon ordering you could hear DOGS going crazy from inside the store. Why are there dogs inside where food is being made???? The employees didn’t care either. So GROSS!!!

Ambrose & the Saturday crew here today made it a great place to grab a bite! Chicken strips, burgers, shakes..... tasty, hot and fresh.Great energy and atmosphere with these guys here.We usually hit the Zips in Moscow and Colfax. Thanks ?

The Zips on Bowdish charges more money then the menu items at the Zips by Valley Fredmeyer. Drive the 10 minutes to the other Zips restaurant. I will not be returning to the Bowdish location. At Bowdish, I got 2 burnt peices of dry cod when I paid for 3. The 6 Mozzarella sticks were 2x the price of the Zips by Spokane Valley Fredmeyer, 2 miles East on Sprauge.What a rip off. I'll be returning to the Fredmeyer Zips in the future.
After an awful experience trying to pick up a doordash from McDonald’s that was literally only 2 cheeseburgers and waiting 20 minutes after pickup time for them to just finally start it (with more staff and equally as busy I should add), I came here to zips to pick up an order for 2 customers and the staff was nothing but friendly, communicative and helpful, really keep up the good work here it’s awesome to see

Food is good, you'll be lucky if it comes out hot. Their service is super slow, possibly understaffed. Every time I come here I give them the benefit of the doubt, but they get even slower! Had to wait 30 mins in the drive thru with no one in front of us.

I went thru the drive thru on February 2nd at 8pm. I ordered clearly a papa Joe loaded with grilled onions, 2 corn dogs extra crispy, and a tub of fries. The lady asked me to repeat my order again and I took my time saying it to make sure she got it right. And I want to add the fact that everyone working is required to also have a headset on so they can drop the food as it is ordered. I know that because I used to work there. It also took them several minutes to greet me and take my order. I waited behind two cars to get there food and I paid for my food at 8:14pm and I realized on my receipt that it was not what I ordered but instead a tub of fries, a regular tater tot/jojo, and a papa joe. I waited 25 min until my food was ready and in that time there accrued 3 people in line after me and one of those people had left because of the wait time. When she presented my food she said it was a papa Joe, a tub of fries, and a tub of jojos. Which isn’t even what was on the receipt and I explained to her that’s not what I ordered. She put the food on the counter and re asked for my order which I said a papa Joe loaded with grilled onions, 2 corn dogs extra crispy, and a tub of fries. She read it back to me and as she was about to walk back to give the cooks the order I said wait a second did you just say Jo joes again? She did fix my order but the corn dogs were not extra crispy because they came to me to soon. I know it’s hard to get good workers but there was 3 people in the grill/ fryer pit and one guy refilling the coolers. I really hope zips can get a handle of this and that the GM Mike can train these people as seriously as he has trained me in the past.
