Place was super busy! I was surprised after the service. Feel bad because it just looked like three high schoolers running the place - and I think they are understaffed. Lots of swearing tossed around - super unprofessional, some people may care! Decent service - although the people forgot our order multiple times.Macaroni salad was super bland. Rice was okay - it was very wet and soggy. Garlic chicken was tasteful but dry. Teriyaki chicken was dry but okay - I would recommend Kay's over this place any day. Fruit Salad was decent. For the price and popularity of this place I expected much more and I am disappointed. Won't come here again.

The “fried rice” isn’t fried at all its soggy, and somehow tastes like it’s thanksgiving stuffing? The chicken Katsu was rubbery and tasted like dog food, once we got our order our side and drink were missing, the only upside was that the kids running the place gave us our 1/2 order and told us to have a good day without even charging us. We of course told them that and paid for our meals, but this was easily the WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER PAID FOR!

I wish I could eat here all the time. But then I'd weigh 350 pounds.Regardless, it's fantastic food. IMHO: Best Teriyaki chicken & Macaroni salad in Spokane! You will come back for more whenever in the mood for a real treat.

Food was terrible, teriyaki beef was tough and had no flavor, some of the teriyaki chicken was burnt and rice was dry and hard. Very disappointing considering how expensive they are. This is the one on Francis. Needless to say I will not visit that establishment again.

Friendly service. Good food. Large portions. We always have left overs.

I just don't see the point of confirming 2 times that I want lava sauce. Charging me for 2 lava sauces and then forgetting the sauce. Simple order no drink no sides just some yummy hot sauce so I can burn my taste buds and try to feel something on my lunch break. ?

Its good but $20 for a to-go box of chicken, white rice and pasta salad is steep.

Angie, Bella and José were fantastic. They were so fast without any lapse in their attention to preparing meals. I felt like I was in a friends kitchen, while never seeing anything other than excellent service. The food is consistently amazing, and this time was no different. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Foods fairly good. Got the teriyaki chicken, good flavor but kinda dry. Rice is wet. Fruit salad is pretty good, not the biggest fan of the yogurt, but that’s more so my own preference.I got a hair in my box as well.. worth the price? Ehh. More or less I suppose.
