First of all, this place is so DIRTY!! I put my hand on the table and it’s sticky, same with the chairs. I can only imagine what the kitchen is like.Second of all, we called to place a group order and were quoted one price. Then when we called to confirm on the day of, they recommended that we change the order from two clamshells to one pan because it would be cheaper. Okay, sounds great. When we picked it up, the one pan was almost FOUR TIMES THE ORIGINAL COST. Why on earth did they recommend that we change our order to make it “cheaper”? Terrible service. And nothing was done to remedy the issue as the person who picked it up, did not realize how much the price had changed.

Having some out of town families over. Thought we’d try just buying some of their Kalua pork without their sides. Wife called to ask for a price for so many people. Girl employee told her she would fill up 2 clamshells for $45. Sounds good, but then she said she could put it in 1 bigger container to save us money, great, and gave them the time for pickup. I never heard any of this conversation but was told by wife to pick up. Went to pick up and was told by employee $163. Almost fell over, but wife ordered and so I paid. When I told her how much when I got home, she said WHAT!! That’s not what she was told. Called them back to 2 locations, and both said sorry, but those are the prices of what I received, both times. And I explained both times (didn’t say this is Bait and switch, because I don’t think it was intended that way, just poor internal communication between minimum wage employees), that this was about being told initially a price and end up paying almost 4 times as much. And that was the resolution, sorry, it was kind of like the interior of their buildings, a mess. Also was told a manager would call me, but never did. So, unfortunately we and 4 other families won’t be back. Ever

3/3/2024: Went to bring back an extremely dry over cooked garlic chicken that looked like and taste like a whole jar of chopped garlic was dumped over the top. I just wanted something else in exchange or refund. Extremely rude young woman cashier totally denied that I purchased the food from her an hour earlier, along with a young gentleman that also helped me in the purchase. Woman rudely kept repeating loudly "you can leave!" with other customer there, wow! I live in the neighborhood and WAS a regular customer. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

I had a great experience here! Angie and Bella, the employees, are so incredibly nice and personable. And this is coming from a huge introvert who doesn't like to talk to people lol. I would come back just to see them again, because it's rare to meet people who are so genuine and enjoyable to be around. Not to mention the food was GOOD. I had the beef with Mac Salad and the beef tasted like summertime. It was super delicious and the portions were giant. I can't wait to come back!!
