All the while, customs walk in, order, and are served before I ever get my order that was placed over 50mins earlier. Low and behold I get to my hotel and I did not get even close to what I ordered. Nor did I get the sides I paid extra for. And.... it was all cold.If you want a show, there's was a clown with a painted up face, and loud squeeky funny voice at the register that was interesting...

Not great. Flavorless food, the building is falling apart, and staff just didn’t seem to care I was there. I sat near the arched windowed wall and had to move because of dripping water coming from the windows. I would love to give this place another try, maybe at a different location.

Rocks in the food and poor customer serviceMy fiancé got off work late and ordered chicken fajitas and beef nachos. He waited over 20 min in the drive thru line that had only 5 cars in it. When he got the food home, there was an burrito in the bag that we didn't order (sorry to whoever didn't get your burrito!). The nachos had no cheese on them and he found a rock in them.He called to let the store know they need to do a quality check and the first person who answered the phone, barely spoke to him. The second person to answer the phone was a very rude women. She inisted that he was lying about the rock and did not address the cheese issue. He never asked for his money back and even stated he just wanted to let her know about the issue. She demanded that he bring the food back to "prove he really found a rock." He told her again that he didn't want to bring it back and that he was not going to drive all the way back at 10pm. She said okay and hung up on him.

I just got a lengua torta and it was horrible.no salsa or anything else came with it just lettuce and meat..it was very disappointing.
You want great, and I mean great and very tasty monster size burritos or some excellent street style tacos. Or your just wanting that authentic feel and taste. You go to this establishment. Not only is the food absolutely off the charts delish you actually get more then what you pay for. And the staff are absolutely the friendliest people you'll ever meet and the customer service is just as great. I recommend the Cali burrito

Ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito, NO POTATOES. Got a burrito filled with french fries and no chorizo. CAlled back to complain, and they hung up on me. I guess their idea of potatoes are limp soggy french fries. Not going back.
