The staff at Ben and Jerry’s Spokane mall were very friendly, patient, and helpful. They explained things and answered questions for the kids. We enjoyed cups of ice cream as well as shakes and everyone was pleased. The cookie dough pops and banana bites are delicious as well!

We went over because we wanted milkshakes. Unfortunately we arrived around 15-20 minutes before they close so they don't do milkshakes. So I went home, ordered it on uber and received it. Not sure why they couldn't make it for us right there. The employee was very nice but we were bummed that we had to order through a third party even though we had just been there.

This is my 2nd year ordering for my husband's birthday and every year the flavors and decor on the cake gets better and better!! I will always order from this shop! All the girls treat me like family, and the owner goes out of her way to ensure every customer is satisfied. Thanks girls!! And always support local!! ❤️ ?

We stopped by this location to look at cakes for a very special friend, as her birthday is next week. This cake caught our eye, and was the most amazing, colorful, and detailed cake I have ever seen in my entire life!! I am sure the person who made this cake took great care in making it, and is very proud!

Poor representation of Ben and Jerry's. Ordered a banana split and when the staff handed it to us, she said they do not have any fruit toppings. Over $9.00 for a banana split that has minimal Ice cream and is mostly whipped cream and banana. Our family stopped in after spending a fun day at Riverfront Park on Mother's day. Not what we expected, very disappointed. We don't blame the staff, they are working extremely hard and doing their best.

The "premium ice cream" that I got was very freezer burnt and was so expensive for just a little scoop. there was a very long wait, but there was no one else that ordered, the employees were just standing around talking about what they were.
