Worst service of my life!!!!!! My wife and I never tried Boston's before so we thought we'd place a Togo order so we called several times and went straight to voicemail so we tried one more time and some girl answered and proceeded to tell us with a very snarky attitude I quote " I'm the only one working the whole restaurant so I can't take your order I don't know what you want me to do." So I said you're seating people, serving alcohol, cooking the food, cleaning the bathroom, serving food and everything else. She then hung up on us. We never got to try this place. I would give it zero star if I could

3.5/5 Came in for a late lunch on a Sunday. Was not very busy and we got sat right away. It did take a while to get our food ordered and to get the food, but our server was nice and attentive. All the food was good. Sodas were all flat. I enjoyed my Sicilian pizza. The crust was great and lots of toppings. Daughter had the crispy chicken sandwich. The sandwich was good she just wished the chicken was a little more crispy.

The food & service were good, but all the TVs were showing the same basketball game & the place is pretty bland. Not an experience, but a good lunch.

Went for Restaurant Week. Was supposed to be $25 for 3 courses. I chose Half Nachos for the first Course and acknowledged adding beef to it would be an extra $2, so a total of $27. However when the bill came, each course was broken out separately and came to $29. Then the menu said (picture attached) that the No Li (beer) rotating tap was $4 for a 16 ounce pour. I had 2. The bill charged $6 each. Food was good, but obviously you need to carefully check your bill.

Arrived around 6:30 on a saturday night. 3 servers no host and about 7 tables. Where did at the host stand for a bit a server finally came up and said, let me go clear a table and I'll take you back. She disappeared in the back and we didn't see her again for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, another server came up and asked if we had been helped. I told her that the first server was going to go clear off the table, but never returned. That server said let me go clear something off and never returned. Finally, a third server came up asked if we've been helped and I just told him no. And he ended up seating us. He got us our drinks and we ordered a spinach artichoke app. about 5 minutes passed and then we ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza. about another 15 minutes passed and we finally got our appetizer. It looks like they had run out and made it on the fly. The spinach was raw and poorly chopped and just mixed in with a couple slices of cheese. its consistency was the globby and a little watery from the moisture that cooked out of the Raw spinach. Luke warm in temperature and the bread that was served with it was burnt. Although we spaced the ordering of the appetizer and the pizza out by about 10 minutes, after two minutes of the app on our table, the pizza arrived. It was overdone and very dry as seen in the pictures. It appears a use, a conveyor belt oven which heats with hot air blowing from the top. This pizza should have had ample amounts of juicy buffalo sauce with a hot sauce drizzle. Luckily, we were able to spoon some of the globby watery spin dip on top of the pizza to make it somewhat edible. our server was very nice and attentive. The general cleanliness of the place was lacking. The carpets look like they had not been cleaned since the place opened years ago.

The pizza wasnt that good not enough sauce and the chicken got stuck in my teeth and the soda was flat... but the waitress was an excellent help. I can't think straight. And for that i apologize.

The hostess was terrific. The fries were seasoned only in the sense that the potatoes had seen a few things. The French Dip (half remaining in photo) almost felt like it had been relayed from a one-star rated Arby's in Coeur d'Alene when I placed my order—shameful.Parking: It's a mall out-lot, so there's plenty of room.

Little too expensive and they skimped HARD on the sauce but their wings were 300% better than Buffalo Wild Wings across the parking lot. Their pasta was amazing (especially the Cajun) and the pizza was not bad either.

Food came out cold and service was slow, it wasn't even busy! Our quick lunch took over 90 mins and we ordered just appetizers. Took 20+ mins to get out bill after we asked for it. Over priced and poor
