This is one of the best places to spend a weekend afternoon or birthday. It's a beautiful and tasty experience with a tea menu that will have something for everyone.

I would like to preface by saying we did not get the opportunity to have any of the food or tea. I’m hoping our experience was a random occurrence, especially with the thousands of 5 star reviews. This was a Christmas present from my husband and we were so excited to try.First impressions: the place is an adorable cottage style home. I was concerned about the safety as walls were literally bulging out. We were placed in a corner area, there were food and dishes from a previous guest at the table next to us. We had water at our table but no glasses. 1st host was friendly, but did not give us any information about the place, just let us know how to look at tea options.Another host (also friendly) took our tea choices about 10 minutes upon arriving. We waited for 31 minutes before deciding to leave. We had not received tea or glasses for water, or the food. We walked up to let the host know. Someone we hadn’t spoke with yet came up, I’m not sure if she was an owner or manager. We let her know we had been waiting for 31 minutes and she said “it takes a half an hour to get food” I said I wished someone would have let us know so we had expectations. I also said we never received water glasses. And then I said we would like to leave. She asked if we would like our order to go. I said again I would like to leave. She said “ do you have somewhere to be?” I said no but I would like to go and not be charged. She said “that’s fine, just go”.I am sorry if they were having a bad day, I understand those days can happen. I am disappointed this was taken out on us. I was really looking forward to this experience. If we would have received water glasses and maybe got some tea before the food we would have been very happy and stayed. If we would have been asked if we had been there before, and had them tell us what to expect, we would have been golden. Also instead of saying things like “do you have some place to be” maybe she could have said something like “I am so sorry we did not make our expectations clear upon your arrival. Your tea is almost ready if you would like to stay” maybe we would have given it a chance.

Myself, daughter and a few close family friends chose the bridal tea to celebrate my daughters birthday, with the promise of extras above the standard tea. It came to 43.20 each and there was six of us however the total came to 302.40 due to the original guest count being seven. One friend was unable to attend and It was still required to pay for their share. The options given was It would be served or boxed up. It was to say the least disappointing for the price. The quality of the food is decent however not great. The tea itself was not as delicious as described on the menu. The place settings, flowers and party favors were nice however I was expecting a little more sense I was told I was required to pay for three guest in advance due to extra cost. The Curb appeal is not as inviting as it looks on the website. The yard is over grown and the establishment itself is in need of some TLC. Myself, daughter and close family friends are in agreement that we will not be returning a second time.

The tea was delightful! I had the Blue-tea-ful blue tea and my wife had the mocha rum Royale, which were steeped perfectly. The three tier tea service was a wonderful experience.Vegetarian options: Many of the tea time snacks are vegetarian.Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp makes access to the building wheelchair friendly.

Always love visiting Brambleberry! It’s great for special events or for something fun and different. The food is always delicious and there’s so much of it. The decor is beautiful and it’s a very cozy atmosphere. The ladies are wonderful and the tea is the best. Make a reservation first!

Lovely little tea shop in an old fashioned Victorian house - lots of doilies, beautiful cups & saucers, quirky trinkets. My scone was warm and delicious. I spent a wonderful bit of quiet time here, just relaxing and soaking in the atmosphere. Highly recommended!

As a vegan who loves to pretend to be fancy I was so excited to find that Brambleberry offers a vegan tea service! The food was really so good, I can confidently say that they didn't cut any corners when designing the vegan menu. Everyone was so accommodating as well and the service was excellent. The tea house itself is so beautiful and atmospheric. I will definitely be returning and I highly encourage anyone who is curious to check the place out.

We went this weekend for a belated Mother's Day Tea. It was wonderful! I have a wheat intolerance so my husband requested the gluten-free option for me. It was AMAZING. Often times gluten-free options feel like second class substitutions. The gluten free tea offerings were as wonderful as the main tea. In fact my daughter nibbled some on mine and like it even better than the standard offerings. :) The interior decor is beautiful and classy. There were four of us at tea and we all had a wonderful time. Everything was delicious and the staff was wonderful. We will be back
