guys were super nice, the black girl working was super passive aggressive when we had 2 orders on separate tickets. "on a separate ticket, great. LOVE that." sandwiches were thin and barely filled. definetly not coming to this location again. I would suggest the location on 20 N Raymond Rd, Spokane Valley, WA 99206. They are suuuuper nice and they will make sure your sandwich's are full full if you ask.

I have never been disappointed with Bruchi’s…until I visited this location. You know when you’re starving and everything seams to taste delicious? Well, that was not the case this time. I ordered a hot sandwich with chicken. I have never had chicken so tough and chewy before, that was a new experience. As I was eating it all my instincts told me I would regret it, but I was already in starvation mode. The next 12 hours were thrilling. I think my stomach would have fared better had I drank from the Ganges River.

On Monday, my partner picked up dinner to celebrate the first day on my new job. We got home and the sandwiches were super dry. He called to let them know and we were told they would remake them for us the next day. We went, the same young man who'd answered the night before made the sandwiches for us and they were delicious. Because I think more angry people post reviews than happy ones, I wanted to say thank you. I don't know his name, I'm sorry, but he was working the counter Monday and Tuesday evenings (June 5 & 6). Thanks.

Ate at Bruchi's today and was SO disappointed. This restaurant (different location) has always been my favorite sandwich restaurant until today. Several things wrong. 1. They were out of green peppers (why didn't they just go buy some?? 2. No paper towels and NO SOAP in the ladies restroom. Made me wonder how the employees washed their hands after using toilet. And 3. Only three people in the restaurant and it took forever to get our food. Food came to the table with no napkins, no napkin dispenser on the table, had to go up to the counter, wait in line and get napkins. The manager of this place needs to whip this place into shape. So disappointed and will never go back. To make matters worse, my clothes and hair smelled like food for the rest of the day, no ventilation in the place.
My Italian sandwich had no caesar, onion or tomatoes. My aunt's chicken supreme had no mayo and was bone dry. I worked at a bruchis for almost 2 years. This is not it guys.

Sandwich was pretty good but I find it hard to enjoy food when the air vents above are this dirty. The staff were also extremely rude and seemed to be very annoyed to bring the food to our table. One of the worst things you can have as a server is an attitude.

Save yourself the belly ache abs go a bit more north to the other bruchis on division. Greasy. Burnt. I feel icky. By far the worst bruchis location. Gonzaga was the best.

Good luck finding a clean table, food is hit and miss, pop machine is filthy and employees are flippant and RUDE. Today we got burned meat and dry, stale bread that fell apart the minute we (tried to) pick up our sandwiches. Fries were burned and fused together. While we waited....and waited.....and WAITED a ridiculous amount of time for our food we saw THREE different couples come in and wander around trying to find a clean table. We got our food and immediately knew it was inedible--the burnt smell was overwhelming. All of the meat and other ingredients in our hot sandwiches had solidified into a sticky mass that was balled up on one end of the bread---just thrown together. A woman at another table took their food back and complained too ---instead of apologizing, all the girls working made rude comments and jokes about her as she walked away. UNBELIEVABLE! I asked for our money back and the girl had a smirk on her face the whole time. Hands down the worst customer service in town. Good luck with your filthy restaurant, crap food and HORRIBLE employees---we will NEVER be back.
