If these corporate restaurant chains continue down the path of downsizing people and using more technology I will stop going. The good was excellent. The server was excellent but the push to order on an app or online using qr codes is pissing me off

I hate to leave bad reviews, but after my experience today I feel like I genuinely have to. I understand the craziness of March Madness, and have the utmost respect for the crew serving so many. Today there were quite a few issues though, and I think it’s important to share. I’ve come here for many years now, every single time I get the buffalo ranch chicken wrap. Where it’s normally served with medium buffalo sauce, today was not the case. I couldn’t make it through even a quarter of the wrap and ended up sharing a friends entree because the wrap was so spicy. I have never experienced such a spicy sauce, so much so that hours later and my lips are STILL BURNING and I’m trying everything I can to get any relief. I am no wimp to spice but I can guarantee that wrap was not tossed in medium…the medium is my favorite sauce they offer!! Not only this but we were served 3/4 entrees at the same time, the 4th was served 10 minutes later after we asked about it. Just not acceptable. All of this combined with our waiter not bringing requested drinks, napkins, utensils, etc. until it was asked for multiple times. PLEASE DO BETTER!!

Update; DoorDash gave us a full refund and so we gave them another chance to re order and this time we got our wings but my tacos were ONCE again naked!! So odd and honestly rude. Felt like they maybe did it on purpose or something like how does someone make that mistake twice?Idk what’s more frustrating, waiting an hour for our delivery and not getting the wings we ordered or getting tacos with nothing but chicken on them. Like who checks the food and makes it here??

I have been a loyal customer of BWW since they opened. My last dinner march 10th left me in shock. Same BWW, same service and same price. I got my regular 10 piece boneless with chips and salsa. The salsa was obviously out of a jar, not normal. The salsa was bland, the chips were stale and not the regular. The beers were good and then the food arrived. These were the smallest pieces of chicken I have seen smaller than a McDonald’s chicken nugget. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I asked the waitress and she said that’s the way they have always been. I admit it’s been a couple months since my last visit but this was not normal. 20$ for a ten piece wings was roughly 5 McDonald’s nuggets cut up, they were cold small and lacking in flavor. Shame on you BWW. As prices and wages rise you should not cut cost at the plate. I will not be back. It’s a shame as I loved BWW.

Then the establishment wouldn't even take my redeemed points. What's the point of offering it to people if you won't actually use them. I walked out. Spent my ? at Outback instead.

It seems everywhere has lost its ability to make SAUCY wings! I sent my husband here for Buffalo sauced wings and they were dry.. no sauce on them.. wings are supposed to be SAUCY & Messy! I am so disappointed. Now he’s having to go buy sauce from the store to add to the wings he brought home from here! The first time I ate here.. my wings were saucy, messy and good... this was 4-5 years ago… now they are just breaded with no sauce on them.. what the heck!?

Treats Uber and DoorDash drivers like a commodity that works for free. They just made the auto swipe list, after the fourth time I’ve arrived and had to wait 15 minutes or more for an order. First I was flat out lied to and told it was almost done; two minutes. The next person then informed me (after 15 minutes) they had no record of the order. And then asked me if I’d like to input the order and wait. Yeah, right. If it wasn’t for inexperienced drivers they’d have none at all because experienced drivers will just avoid. For shame.
