I was just in the drive thru there was a guy sitting in the drive way picking his feet and I didn’t get my whole meal no fries or anything but charges 13.39. My husbands drink I asked for was not raspberry tea. All around a disappointing trip.oh and for 65 dollars you get zero napkins.

This is 1 of newer Carl's in spokane. Clean, better seating, several plug-ins for laptops or charging, coded bathrooms so they are clean, great manager and staff.Dietary restrictions: As diabetic I can't eat even a crumb of bread, so ALL their burger/biscuit choices can be ordered as lettuce wraps or breadless in a bowl! Low carb heaven?Also, though not on menu, you can order plain scrambled eggs instead of a sausage or bacon-egg-cheese biscuit so as to limit your sodium intake for breakfast .BTW: the Big Carl burger has the biggest, less-dry patty in it, so get that one. Their Chicken tenders are alway cooked just right, not burned to a crisp.
Currently sitting in the drive thru only person in line paid at 543, still waiting for the two burgers and fries…. Unreal wait time for “fast food”

I came in early bc I work nights and live nearby (~5 min distance). Got chicken tenders to go. Got home and started eating. When I get to the chicken, the breading was soft and the middle was pink-ish. Tried to get a refund but they said that I left the store so it could have been faked for free food, and refused service. If you eat here, just get a burger instead

The manager of this location is one of the most insufferable women I’ve ever met.She has no consideration or respect for other people. She completely lacks human decency and the ability to resolve conflict- all she does is cause problems and deflect responsibility.There is no reasoning with her. She abuses her position every opportunity she gets and thrives off making people miserable just because she can.How does she even retain her employment with the way she treats people ?Why do y’all pay her to have a nasty attitude ? I honestly don’t get it.If this is the representation for Carls Jr I’ll happily go the rest of my life without ever spending another dime with this company.

The food was ok… I am leaving a not to happy review because I sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes. & that was just me waiting at the window with nobody in front of me.
Employees wear gloves but use the same gloves to handle food and cash without changing them. They also wipe their noses and wipe gloves on their pant legs. This is incredibly gross. This has happened on multiple occasions. I get attitude when I mention it politely. When handling my food with the same gloves you take money with and do cleaning chores with is a horrible sanitization habit.
