A group of 10 families members drove from Spokane valley all the way to the north side for dinner here. It was on Monday the 25th. They had a door on the sign saying starting Monday 3/18 they will be closed Mondays. This issue is a reservation was made on Friday the 22nd for a group of 10 on Monday the 25th and the restaurant took the reservation with no mention they would be closed.

Did an uber eats order because I'm sick but have eaten here before so I know it can be better. The food lacked any flavor from the soup to the chow mein. We spent over 100 dollars and probably won't go back because of this order. Super

We made a reservation for Monday the 25th and we came to the restaurant with a large party and family and the place is CLOSED. There was a sign on the door saying that they're closed on Mondays effective March 18th. We made the reservation on the 22nd. It wouldn't be a big deal if we hadn't already made a reservation. Stay on top of your business and stop lying to your customers.

Just left after being ignored for about twenty minutes. Didn’t get to order, let alone try the food.UPDATE: Gave this place another chance and it happened AGAIN! Just sat in the waiting area for ten minutes without being acknowledged at all despite employees passing by us multiple times. Won’t make the same mistake again third time.

The service was honestly the only reason this got a 2* our waitress was very friendly and fast. Now... to the food. The egg flower soup was bitter, the crab rangoons were 99.9% cream cheese, the #1 combo dinner used like canned shredded chicken or lunch meat or something for the chicken fried rice, Completely unacceptable. The orange chicken had a sliver of chicken and 95% breading, the sauce was decent but there was no chicken. It wasn't worth eating. Same thing with there "general sesame" (they don't have general tso chicken?) except this one didn't didn't even have any sauce... anyway if you've ever had Chinese food you'll be confused and disappointed here.

One of the worst dining experiences our entire table has ever had. Food was expensive and was not good. Raw to overcooked, terribly bland, and cold. The seats at our table were blown out and uncomfortable. The only mediocre part of the experience was the server. We came in with high expectations based on some of the reviews and were massively let down.

Restaurant looks nice. Ordered pickup, was told 20 minutes. i arrive at the 25 min mark. It was closer to 40 mins before my order was ready. I ordered Mongolian beef. I open the box, i dont see any beef at all. I move the layer of vegetables around to find the beef cut into cubes. The meat tough, chewy and the reason for ordering Mongoilan, the sauce... tasted watered down. I paid $30 for dog food grade beef slathered in barely edible sauce. The best part of my meal was the white rice.. for $30. Will not return.

Staff was fine. Food was on the low end of average and very overpriced. There is better tasting and priced food close by. Try somewhere else.

Food was disgusting.. ? honestly surprised that they have 4/5 stars… tasted as if it was sitting under the heating lamp all day and ended up growing cold and dry and then thrown into the microwave. And server took 30min to take our

Upon arriving back home with the food we had ordered from this restaurant, I quickly found that the descriptions in the online menu only bore a passing resemblance to actual Chinese take-out.I had ordered the Lunch Combo M, which specified that it was spicy, with Spicy and Crispy Chicken, Chicken Chow Mein, Chicken Fried Rice, and Egg Drop Soup.I opened the container with the soup and found that it was indeed the simple soup that I was expecting. I added a bit of shoyu and was happy enough with it.When I opened the container with the rest of the order I was sorely disappointed. The fried rice was bare fried rice (not even any egg) with some finely chopped deli-style sliced chicken which had been chopped up and sprinkled on the rice. The chicken chow mein likewise had a sprinkling of chopped up sliced chicken, and had no actual noodles to it. The entire mess was cooked celery and onion with some fried lo mein noodles (as one would find in a can at the supermarket) placed next to it. The worst offender was the crispy spicy chicken, which was neither crispy nor spicy. The flavor of the breaded chicken was very familiar, and I imagine that the sauce came straight from a bottle that I could obtain from any supermarket. All in all, I am very disappointed in this restaurant and will not be spending money here again. The food is bland and poorly executed. Surprisingly, my final statement will come from the contents of the fortune cookie that was sent along with this terrible food: It is quality rather than quantity that matters. Do a good job.

Why aren't more people eating here?! This place is authentic and great. Lots of food for only 25.00 huge portions. Restaurant was cute and just nice to sit in. Staff was friendly and fast. Come eat here!!
