These guys absolutely suck. Multiple times I’ve placed mobile orders, just to watch them make it in front of me when I’m there to pick it up. Went in for my last mobile order here, 40 minutes after pick up time, and it still wasn’t ready. Your employee was looking around lost, and couldn’t find my order.0/10 would not recommend.

Honestly the best Chipotle experience I've had! The entire staff was very friendly and the general manager, Shealey, was amazing! I never knew ordering a Chipotle bowl could actually be fun haha. Thanks for the great experience!

Manager needs to step up.Nobody in line to order, but pickup line was ~10 people deep. Every single table was dirty, kitchen floor looked like a warzone, and 5-7 people behind the counter standing there not making anything for nearly the whole 25 minutes I waited after my scheduled pickup time. Finally get food, and the tacos are on their side in the bag and the bottles of coke are warm. Real team effort at being terrible.

They are always out of something, especially the veggies. Just went in today and they were out of all meat and didn’t know when they would get it in. There were four Uber eats/doordash people waiting for food, and another 4 or 5 people waiting for to-go orders and they didn’t have any meet available. Been there 10 times and will never go again. Definitely take the time to go to a different Chipotle, worst one I’ve ever been to.

I had an online order snafu and the staff was so professional and polite in helping me resolve it. Shoutout Marie for being kind and helpful when I was not at my best, you and your team rock!
This location has good food. However, I did my first online order today. I had the option of order ready in 10 minutes or longer. I chose 20 minutes. I got there at exactly the time my food should have been ready. In the time I waited for my food the people who walked in at the same time went through the line and finished eating. The two people working the online orders both left the kitchen and went in the back, I assume to the bathroom. Upon their return they then carried out approximately 10 completed orders, of which I assume were completed before they went to the bathroom and sat there getting cold. Doesn’t seem like a very good process or good training of food service and the priority of hot food.

Was charged for guacamole that they dropped and was going to be 15 minutes for a new batch to be made.
i came in at noon to get a burrito for takeout and i literally probably spent 45 seconds total in the store!! i usually don’t like going in to places because the wait is longer but not this time!! the staff were super smiley and nice, very very friendly and i was in and out! thank you guys:)))
