When we ordered they were out of almost every menu item an add on, i was told they were unable to provide cheese or lettuce because they were just out for the night. The staff was also very rude and unwelcoming. This is the worst experience i have had at a chipotle and will not be coming back to this

Just left at 4:15 pm 2/16. We were going to eat inside, however it was absolutely filthy. Food/garbage on all the tables and floor. We decided to get lids for our bowls and take them home to eat. Disgusting

My food was cold so the wrap was tough. It did taste was great though. Forget wanting to have a conversation over a meal, the music is so loud. It was freezing inside.

Man I really hate leaving bad reviews but after 5 or 6 times at this location it’s clearly not being addressed. Almost every time I’ve been here there is one person taking the order making the food and checking you out. So only one person can be helped at one time. So having two people in front of me takes 10 min just to order. (Might not be a huge deal if the employee moved faster then a snail) In the mean time wile one person is helping customers and creating a bad experience for the customers. Other employees are acting like they are busy doing something in the kitchen! Wiping the counter, drying the counter and stacking bins and bowls. How could you not stop what you’re doing and help customers when a large line is forming?

I have been to this location half a dozen times since it opened. They are always understaffed and out of something. Literally, every single time. Tonight, they were out of most meats (chicken and carne asada were the only ones available), white rice, fajita veggies, and pico de gallo. Last time, they were out of chicken and fajita veggies. I don't order burritos here as every time I have watched one of the poor teenaged employees try to wrap one, I am uncomfortable watching them struggle.

They do not know how to roll a burrito. They gave me a soggy little ball. To top it off everything was really salty.$50 for a burrito and two bowls... not worth it.Will not be back.

Nope! I don't usually eat fast food, and I was just reminded why. I ordered a carne asada bowl and chips & salsa. The carne asada was tough and full of gristle. The chips were stale and too salty. NOT spending my money there again! AIRWAY HEIGHTS
I went to Chipotle on 11/29/23. The service and food was so bad that I will never go to any chipotle ever again. I ordered 2 carne asada burritos, but they had no carne asada at 5pm. They told me it would take 10-15 minutes to cook it. When they finished cooking it, the person making our burritos put the 10-15 dried up pieces from the old asada that was sitting there for hours and put it in with the freshly cooked asada. I had to take a photo of it. I don't know how a restaurant can survive with high school kids running the show. This location has only bad reviews. Food was awful, restaurant was dirty, especially the Kitchen and line. Avoid this place

My husband and I both had maybe not even 3-4 pieces of meat in each of our servings.I am so upset that we paid what we paid and 3 PIECES of meat each! No way, we will not be back here.

Stopped in here to get lunch at 12:40pm with my family but was refused service and told we could wait at least 40 minutes due to a large catering order. It’s hard to believe you can’t quickly serve walk in customers when all the ingredients are premade and basically takes a minute or two for the entire ordering to out the door process.
