We came in with friends who have often stopped at this specific restaurant and said it was good. We waited about 10 to 15 mins before anyone came to get us started with drinks after being seated. After ordering, we waited an hour and a half before our plates came out!! When they did, they forgot my husband’s plate of food. The kitchen insisted the server delivered it…but they hadn’t given it to her. Then the manager came to look at our table and compare with the order receipt. It was just ridiculous! Like, do you not trust what your server is saying to the kitchen?? I was a server for several years while going to school to become a Radiologic Technologist and get my BA in teaching. This manager really rubbed me wrong with the way he handled that situation so I made a point to go and talk with him to let him know that wasn’t his servers fault but his kitchen staff and whoever was supposed to be expediting the orders coming out of the kitchen. He gave me a smug and dismissive response, as well as looked annoyed. Then later came by and asked us how our food was. At that point, we were beyond hungry and just wanted to leave so we finished eating our disgustingly cold food, paid and left. Worst $100 we have ever spent to eat out. My family will NEVER go back to this Denny’s ever again. The other thing, as a manager, you do not make the excuse that you are really busy in order to justify poor service and horrible food but I know better than to argue with that type of person. After the first interaction with this manager, I chose to just walk out of there with my family and never return. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

Dennys can be underrated, BUT I really enjoy my meals here! Atmosphere/Music and Service! I had a burger, and didn't realize how awesome they are! You can get a drink from the bar, too! I always stop in when passing through, and get breakfast to-go, as

On 3/2/2024 I odered food over the phone, at about 11am. I informed the employee that I would be by to pick up the food at noon. When I showed up the food was ready, but had been sitting long enough to get cold. I addressed the issue with the the staff, and was told that a manager would call me the next day. It has been a week, and i have heard nothing back. I used to love Denny's, but at this point i would be desperate if i ordered from another Denny's again. All Denny's quality in food and service had declined quite a bit over the years. I am quite disappointed. Thanks Denny's staff for showing that you care about your customers.
I came in to pick up a to-go order at 07:50 this morning 02/22/2024 and watched as the line cook ate his food on the line, and then continued to cook. He didn't even change his gloves or wash his hands before returning to cooking food. This is disgusting and revolting. To think my food was probably cooked while this was going on as well is upsetting. I threw away my meal and will not be returning.

Poor customer service, they took so long and our food was cold when we received it. And of course, this happened because we are Hispanic because everyone else around us got their food before us. It's sad that this restaurant has these kinds of people working there because it's located 3 to 5 minutes away from the airport. If you are Hispanic, please think it twice before coming to this restaurant.
