As a regular customer who keeps giving this location a chance after a chance and so on, I am very frustrated with my last experience with this. No more chances, Dominos! Even though my account has my specific address and I ordered something four days ago - they lied about not having my address, so the delivery guy is driving around Spokane delivering other pizzas while mine gets cold in their car. Called the manager, Ashley, and explained my situation. Was not helpful whatsoever and obviously did not care about my order. I verified my address with her 5 times as she did not have the brain power to comprehend the numbers I gave her. She jammed up the system with her lack of braincells. The website always glitches. One of my pizzas were overloaded with the sauce and the other dry as a bone. This is getting very frustrating every. single. time. Unfortunately, I need to take my money elsewhere because they seem to never learn. There is always a problem here AND last time my pizzas I ordered for my kids - which arrived caked in the manager's hair. Every slice. Both pizzas. Do not eat here. Cooked in the crust. On the topping. Ridiculous.Dietary restrictions: Don't even bother. They don't review your notes and specific order. When they do, they still manage to put the ingredients in that you cannot have or do not want. And when you do want a certain ingredient, including sauce, they leave it off. Remarkable.

If you order online and only deal with delivery driver, it's fine but if you go in the staff is rude and I wouldn't recommend it I've had problems every time I've had to go inside the store but ordering online and delivery is always amazing. The drivers are awesome.

Ordered a pizza. Was missing a topping I paid extra for. Was on the phone for 20 minutes making a remake order, only to find out they need to have at least 3/4 of the original pizza to give back. Mt fiancee had already eaten his half. They also said I'd have to wait for the other orders, which coukd take a long while. Will never order from this location again. Very bad and makes you pay for their mistakes. Brandi is unreasonable.

I placed an order for over $60 worth of pizzas, only to have the entire order allegedly stolen by the delivery driver. After enduring a 20-minute hold, the manager, Bryce, offered to redo the order without providing any explanation. Despite my inquiries, Bryce simply claimed the driver delivered it to the wrong house.As a visitor from out of town, facing the inconvenience of driving my entire family to dinner due to the mishap, I requested a coupon or some form of compensation. Unfortunately, Bryce was unhelpful and even laughed off the situation, leaving me with the impression that he was covering for someone.This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and it's disheartening to see this level of customer service from Domino's. Regrettably, I must say that you've lost a customer of many years. I intend to share this story and ensure that neither I nor my entire family ever patronizes Domino's again.

My order took a while to get. I was not upset. They forgot my soda; I still wasn’t upset.My order came so late I fell asleep. They forgot the soda I ordered and paid for.I called the next day and was told by, Ashley, I need to make sure I call the day of the order next time or they won’t be able to do anything for me.She did not apologize one time in our conversation, and had the nerve to tell me that.I paid for the product and the service and gave a tip. I got a credit for the soda I had paid for and didn’t receive.I don’t ask for much just good hospitality. Is that so much to ask for?Ashley’s customer service stinks!

The lady who always answers always messes up the order. I've made complaints plenty of times and she's still taking orders screwing up. I would go in at this location not order over the phone.

They food selection is awesome. But don't recommend eating here as often, the food is very greasy and can cause lots of stomach problems.

After trying to place an online order and use my points and the 2 for $6.99 deal I ended up having to completely restart 3 times...then when I hit the "place my order" button it came up with an error message and told me to call a specified number. So I called and Ashley answered, and when I explained to her the situation she told me that there was nothing she could do. So I then asked to speak with the manager and she claimed that she was the manager. After her being extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever (which I know for a fact she could have done what any good manager would have and been nice and understanding and helpful...I then ordered from Pizzahut and they were wonderful and gave me free wings simply because of the frustrating ordeal I had just dealt with. All that being said...I am not typically a "Karen" but here I am lol Domino's is normally great but this location on Division at 7:30pm was not.

I order on line had it delivered . Pay cash. The cost was $18.76. Pay with $20. Had money coming back. I told driver I. Should have 1 dollar some coins back. He packed my $20 never gave me my change back. Not happy. He was young man. Scamm me out some money.
