Ordered delivery. What I received was not what I ordered so I called them to let them know and was told oh well you can just keep it. I said we'll this is not what I ordered. What I received was two different kinds of soggy nachos and two burritos that were cold too the touch. I ordered steak fajitas. The lady said we'll can I get your number so I can call the manager. I gave her my number to call me back but nobody ever called.

I've had plenty of authentic mexican food, and their carne asada was both terrible and NOT carne asada. It was thick chewy meat that looked like it was just a normal steak they cut up. About 20 minutes after eating it, my stomach started loudly gurgling in a way that i've never heard before. I was sick for the rest of the night.

The service is great however the food was meh. Especially this shrimp with spicy sauce - too oily and the taste wasn’t good. We also got a chicken burrito and it was okay. Would not come back.

Finally, i found a good Mexican restaurant, i order the quesbirria my luck they were out, the person taking my order apologize, and he suggested i try tacos al pastor, i was not disappointed. Tacos were delicious, the habanero sauce was the bomb highly recommend El Charrito, next time in Spokane, will make a point to stop by and try quesabirria tacos.

I’ve been here twice now and they messed my order up twice. The first time they misheard my order and didn’t confirm with me. The next they gave me the bag with the food falling out of the to go box. Will not come back
