Was really disappointed in the cleanliness of fat burger, the food was good, the service was good but the pop machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned or wiped down in a week, the napkin holders on the tables were grimy and sticky and some of the tables were also grimy, I had to look before choosing a table.

Excellent offering of gluten-free bun and dairy-free cheese as well as a cashew-based vegan shake (didn't try the shake) but was disappointed that they do not dedicate a fry fryer so that the fries are not gluten-free. Hope this changes.

I was planning on going to Burger King next to this place. The Burgerking lobby was closed so I got in line in the drive through and was waiting. I was trying to be courteous and not block traffic so I kept a opening for through traffic. I guess another patron thought this was their opportunity to cut in-line and they did. I could tell that the line cutter must have been starving so i begrudgingly let him in. At this time I decided to give Fatburger a try instead. I am happy that I did. The food was a better quality and was made quickly. In the future I'll skip burger King and go straight to Fatburger.

The lady at the counter was beyond rude I had to ask for lids for condiments and lids for drinks because it wasn't stocked at all. She was happily greeting the customers infront of us when it came to our turn she didn't even say hi or welcome just what do you want. I'd you don't like working for fast food because your old and feel entitled to 18 bucks an hour don't work. You don't deserve the money.

Was a good burger. A little heavy on the mustard. Awesome chicken sandwich. Order at the counter and wait while they cook it fresh.

Worst veggie burger ever! I had eaten at this very Fat burger a few years ago and it was great, but they've changed the entire veggie burger and now it's awful. Burger patty was dry and flavorless. Bun was way to old and dry to be served in a restaurant. Veggies on the burger were nearly nonexistent. If you're a vegetarian looking for a burger alternative this is NOT your restaurant.

I don't normally eat at/like fast food places. This review is based solely on their vegan milkshakes! The only reason imo, to go there. They are made from Craig's vegan ice cream, and real fruit. They are also made in their own dedicated blender, so no risk of cross contamination for dairy allergies. Satisfies my vegan shake cravings (hi pregnancy), for sure!

I'm not sure why this Fatburger gets so much hate... Be polite to the people that work there and you'll have a pleasant dining experience. I've been eating at Fatburger since the 80s and this one accommodated my order, which has been refined over the last 35 years, impeccably... The cashier was perfectly polite and the dude with the dreads that made my burger knocked it out of the park.Yes, it's more expensive than your run of the mill fast food -- It's going to cost you about $20 a person. Incubate that in advance.

If you're traveling to Spokane and thinking 'Wow a Fatburger, I hear they are good!' This is not one of those places. Pass on everything. I miss In-N-Out in Utah. This was subpar garbage.

I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. Terrible service from the cashier...she did not like her job and she makes that clear. $16 dollars just for the burger alone that came out barely warm after 15 minutes...and I was one of two guests. First and last time here. Very disappointed.

Wow. 3 or 4 years I haven’t visited this location as the last experience was that great food wise. So I said why not try again can’t be bad still right? Oh how wrong I was. Maybe 3 tables were occupied, someone waiting for to-go order, another waiting for there dine-in order and another person waiting to order ahead of me. To me not that bad shouldn’t be a long wait. They had what I could see only 3 workers. One make 14 ice cream things, one making what I assume the same amount of burgers and fries and one assisting. The dude assisting comes over with mask below nose to take the order of the person in front of me. Leaves his very oiled gloves on. Takes the order and still with gloves on uses the till. Then messes with his mask a few times and goes back to the till. Yup same gloves. The goes to help the person at the grill and comes back to take my order. I ask how long the wait cuz just curious. 15 min or so. I say nope and leave. I didn’t decide to leave because of the wait. I left cuz we are dealing with freaking Covid and I know from working fast food as a teen. You DON’T use the same oil filled gloves to touch your face, the till and then go back to food and then the till again.DO YOU NOT TRAIN YOUR WORKERS ?? Never again will I ever come here.

Coming here from California, I was missing the popular In n’ Out Burger chain. So, when I heard a radio commercial for Fat Burger, I decided to take my pregnant daughter there for dinner. After driving 42 miles just to get there we entered and ordered for eat in. Things were going well, until we saw the pictures and I realized that I wanted skinny fries. My daughter went to the counter and politely asked to change the orders to skinny fries. The cashier turned to the fry cook who just looked at her and then the manager upon his arrival relaying the message. Permission granted by the Manager the fry cook began shaking his head. You know the way, what a pain, wasted food, etc. My daughter returned to the booth. Did I mention that she was pregnant? I don’t argue with her about food. I know better. We began chatting as we awaited our meal, I noticed that she began to get more and more upset, then requested that we switch sides. She reported that the fry cook continued to look at her and shake his head. I tried to ignore it and change the subject. This was nearly a hundred-mile trip, and I was hoping to make the best of the situation looking forward to my famous “Fat Burger”. Finally, our food was ready. To go. Wait we requested to eat in. If felt like a subtle message to leave. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, so we took our bags back to the booth and began eating. Remember this was our very first experience with Fat Burger. My patty was so squashed that it over hung the bun by an inch or more, and was very crunchy (overcooked?) Maybe this is how it is supposed to be? Maybe the fry cook took out his head shaking frustration upon our patties? Either way not going back there again. Ever.

Decent toppings on a big dry unseasoned piece of meat. The beef is supposed to be the star of the show on any burger. The patty of the Fatburgers are unbelievably dry and bland. The patty tasted like an old sweaty sock (I've never eaten a sweaty sock, but this is how I'd imagine a sweaty sock tastes). The bread was also dry boarding on stale. I struggled to finish this DRY and OVERPRICED burger. Absolutely Disappointed. You're better off going to McDonald's and getting a fresh Quarter Pounder Deluxe to satisfy your craving for a juicy burger.

Refusing people service who aren’t or can’t mask. I imagine the vaccine passport will be next. We drove 8 minutes to a sandwich shop on Division who was happy to take our money.

I don't know, I am sometimes the type of guy that once I find a couple of things that I like, I try to stick with them...the things I get here are definitely quality! I recommend the onion rings, the fat chili cheese fries, and any size burger really with bacon, egg, and cheese added!!! In this case, it's a situation where you get what you pay for though,...so be prepared to pay more money then your average fast food place.
