This was my favorite Italian place until my credit card was charged an extra $20.00. I called them told them what happened and she said the manager would call me back. I waited for two days no response so I went to the restaurant showed my alert from the bank all she said was well accidents happen she did refund the $20.00 and that was it a very cold response. Ferraros is no longer my Italian place. No stars
Delicious food, friendly staff and an all around great place to eat. A bit pricey (especially for Caesar dressing on a side salad) but still good food.

Highs and lows. Don't get anything seafood. We got the clam appetizer and the shrimp and clam al mare pasta. The clams were tiny and some of the shells didn't open or even have clams in them. I thought maybe they were hidden in the pasta, but no. The shrimp were also small almost non existent. 4 of them total. Felt ripped off but the pasta sauce was very good.The meatball sandwiches and chicken parm were awesome. The bread is good as well. I want to go back because the good things were very good, but it may be a while since the bad things were very off-putting. We'll see.
Great good! I got the tour of Italy it was delicious. Offer different daily specials as well.

Service was slow and apathetic. Bread was not warm. Waters were left needing a refill for a good thirty minutes. Food took far too long for two plates, about 40 minutes.The food itself is the bigger issue. My friend’s alfredo was bland. My carbonara was inedibly greasy to the point where I asked for a refund. How it got past the eyes of a chef and a server is beyond me.

I hadn't been to this place forever, but I figured I'd give it another try, having had a bad experience years ago.Two things that could have been done better. 1. The Clams on the Appetizer menu had a wonderful broth, but the clams themselves were so small. You could barely find them. Also, it appeared that some of my claims were actually empty. 2. The side salad was fresh. But the whole bottom of the plate was filled with water. I do appreciate that the lettuce was washed/ rinsed well, but it shouldn't go on the plate that wet. Also, the tomatoes were mushy and had no flavor.To the good stuff! The kids' Mac and Cheese was probably the best we've experienced on a kids' menu. My Chicken Piccata was perfect and so delicious! The bread with garlic butter and dipping oil was really good, too.Decent prices, we'll be back!Kid-friendliness: Kid approved!
