I never been here before today and I feel like I've been missing out. I had a sub that was hands down the best sub of my life ( had meat, onions, jalapeños and pineapple on a toasted bun that was amazing. The best lemon drop and the best strawberry lemon drop I've ever had in my life!!! I sucked 3 down like it was nothing and realized I better not drink more since I gotta work tonight

Food was alright, but the service was awful. Even the manager had a bad attitude just being the cashier. Spend your money anywhere else.

I have had Firehouse subs several times, but I haven't been around one for awhile. Saw this store and thought it would be great again. However after spending $14. I received a piss pour sandwich. There wasn't even enough meat to cover the bread. Sent a poor review into the company and still no response, it shows how much they value the customers.

Decent food, but took 20 minutes from time of ordering until we received our sandwhiches. Ordered at 6:11pm and got sandwhiches about 6:35pm on a Friday night.

First time being there. Waited 45 min to get my sub when only 4 people were ahead oh me. My meatballs where cold. The gm was there and didn't seem to care. She said that it is a lunch rush. She didn't even apologize. She just said I can't make you another sub.

I’ve been there twice now and they continue to mess up my order, customer service is trash. They put literal onion peels in in my sandwich absolutely will never recommend.
