food is fantastic, the service great, two thumbs and a pinky up for Franks. v??Parking: I didn't drive there but from the looks of things it was not hard to find parking for as many ppl being there.

Ordered fish and chips and got two fish nuggets that were nothing more than cheap frozen bits. The chips were over fried and hard. I'm thinking the price was around 16 + $. Way too much for two 1.5 inch square reheated frozen fish nuggets. I'm still being teased about this by those who were with me.

Looking for a classic diner experience? Look no further. Fun atmosphere and delicious food. Especially surprising was their execution of fried green tomatoes. Great selection of omelets, Benedicts, and pancakes. They even have mimosas. Fun atmosphere.

I've never been more disappointed and I didn't even eat there. My husband and I come eat here at least once a month and we've always been treated very well, quick service. We'll we took our 1 year old in tonight. There was 3-4 tables open, one family in front of us and after stand there for over 10 mins someone finally asked if we had been helped and said it was going to be another 15 mins and wasn't very nice so I said nope, I've already been holding this hungery kid for 10 mins while waiting for anyone to even acknowledge us. were taking our business somewhere else. And I don't know if I ever want to come back and actually dine in.

Food was amazing, even kids meal had nice portions like large pieces of bacon, cool interior, but lots of gnats/flies not sure if there was an issue that day, this might not be an ongoing thing. The kids were swatting them away while eating, not ideal for a food environment. Otherwise, 5 stars all around.

HEY ITS A DINER!! Very overpriced. Maybe it’s the atmosphere that is worth the extra but I don’t think so.Good diner food.My only complaint is that it is not good value for money. (I sound so whiny:(. ) I enjoy both diners and fine dining but don’t price your diner at fine dining prices. The staff are nice and the atmosphere is great but the same can be said about McDonalds. (OUCH). Bring a bag or two of money to pay for your shredded hash browns and toast. (That was Sarcasm). Trust me, I should know I eat three times every day(that was a joke)K I'm done

Frank's is a Spokane landmark as well as one of the best breakfast restaurants in the region. It's a restored railway car, and though the booths are narrow, the backs are high, and the seating feels intimate. The servers are the best! You will never have an empty coffee cup! I had the corned beef hash, which is actually made from shredded prime rib beef, delicious! My partner had the french toast and could only finish half of the served portion. We have never had a dish we didn't like, and the portions are large. Frank's is a "rite of passage" place to go. You haven't seen the best of Spokane if you haven't been to Frank's.

Breakfast all-day options. I ordered Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs to-go. Tasty, ample portion with some excellent rye toast. Sorry I couldn't dine in as the old dining railway car was gorgeously decorated. Looking forward to trying more on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Accommodating.
