My husband and I wanted to take our bbq loving nephew to dinner for his 15th birthday, and Fesh Soul did not disappoint. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious, and our server so attentive and provided great recommendations. They even took the time to come out and wish happy birthday and share with my nephew about their job training, basketball camp and other opportunities for young people like himself. Two gentlemen dining next to us left saying something like, “That was so good! We just texted all of our friends about this place; nowhere like it in the PNW!”.

I have always wanted to try this place and finally stopped for lunch. Mom had the rib sandwich with fries the fries were nicely seasoned and she enjoyed the sandwich. I had the 3 rib meal and they were quite good fall off the bone they use a sweet and slightly spicy BBQ sauce. I would certainly come back again. The restaurant was very neat and clean and the service was very good. On top of that when you eat here you are supporting a good cause.

Quite literally the best food I've had in at least a year! Huge portions, amazing food, something for everyone! I went to pick up my rib to take my first bite and all the meat slid off and I was left holding a bare bone ? Rib sandwich was PERFECT, cornbread,bmilkshakes, beans n rice, out of this world! AND you are supporting an amazing cause ran by truly inspirational people. Thank you so much!!Kid-friendliness: The owner was incredibly hospitable and kind to our family! The kids loved him and they REALLY loved their too
Thanksgiving dinner meal to go boxes beanie, gloves and a $100 at 10:00 yesterday morning. 100 people got fed another 100+ just got cash. What a noble way to give back to the community. ????
I'm struggling right now. And I went there on Thanksgiving to get a plate and they gave you a $100. It was such an incredible feeling of joy. What wonderful God hearing people. They are very caring. Thank you guys.

I wanna start by saying I didnt get the complete experience because I ordered via Uber. With that being said here goes my review.Spokane seems to have a lack of Soul Food places so I was excited to try this one, and I am so glad I did. I ordered a 2 Piece Combo Meal and got the Beans and Potato Salad for my sides. I added on an order of the greens for a lil something extra. The food arrived in good shape and still piping hot which made me happy as most food gets cold with delivery.The potato salad was good, even though I am not usually a fan of sweeter tasting potato salads (but im not a jerk so I wont be docking any stars over a personal preference here), the beans were nice and hot and tasted fresh. This was only my second time having collard greens and they were very tasty and filling, and worlds better than the ones I had tried elsewhere.But I have to mention the star of the show here. When I saw on the Uber menu that all the fried chicken is drumsticks I felt kinda humdrum about it... until they arrived. These drums were HUGE and loaded with meat, the only way they would have been bigger is if they were a Turkey Leg. These drums were tender, hot, seasoned and cooked to perfection. I am not exaggerating when I tell you this was the best fried chicken I have had in years. I will be straight up having romantic dreams about this chicken... even writing this review I want more...Eat here, you wont regret it!Kid-friendliness: They do have kids options.

The chicken legs were horrible ( must have been cooked a few hours before I ordered and no favor) , collard greens was okay, redbeans rice and Catfish was ok. The best item was the corn bread and unsweetened tea.

AMAZING FOOD AND EVEN MORE AMAZING PEOPLE! This was a gem we walked into! We wanted some great cornbread and we got INCREDIABLE cornbread! The ribs were fall off the bone delcious and the chicken was seasoned so well! Everything was amazing. However, the food was only half of the experience. The people who worked there was the real deal. They support the community thru neat programs and are genuinely good people. We already can’t wait to come back and support again!
