It's bad enough you guys have "winter hours" as if you are some agricultural business that operates outdoors. No. You're a bakery. Can't buy bread after 4pm? Ridiculous. However, the real issue lies with the fact that YOU FAILED TO UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE TO REFLECT SAID WINTER HOURS. So for people who took off EARLY from work to go to your establishment, took care to confirm your hours ahead of time on your own website, drove 30 minutes out of their way, and arrive to a sign on the door that you have been closed since 4pm. OUTRAGEOUS! You must not enjoy business since you're only open during hours that normal human beings are at the jobs they need to afford your overpriced products.

One of the absolute, worst decisions that someone running your store can make, is to lock your doors, five or 10 minutes early. Especially during the weekend holidays, when I’m in charge of bringing the bread to the family celebration and I depart for Seattle early in the morning. I am out of luck. I showed up to your store on Friday at 5:55 PM, and the lights were out and doors were locked. Your published closing time on the front door and online is 6 PM on this day. If your employees need to leave 10 minutes early then please republish and repaint your front door to reflect that you close at 5:55 PM!

I want to love this place. The staff are friendly, I like the smell of the place, cute to meet for coffee! The last three times we were there, we tried the brownie, the cookies and a pastry thing. All dry unfortunately.

One of my favorite bakeries, will go out of my way for a piece of their bread pudding square for breakfast. Cinnamon rolls are awesome but not finger food.

This place was a solid 4.5 stars. Great sandwiches but not the best I've had based on how much protein was in the sandwich. Taste was yummy. It comes with a pickled. Prices for the sandwich was about $12. We wanted soup but right when we got there, they ran out. Service was very friendly and she helped answer our questions. They sell bread and day old for a discount. You can make the sandwiches a combo by adding package chips or their fresh bakery options. Place was clean and we were able to push 2 tables together to accommodate 5 adults and 2 children.

The staff member who helped me with my purchases was very helpful and courteous. Even though I was just buying BOGO, she was even willing to help me save more money! And of course, the bread is always delicious!

Many of us have loved Great Harvest for years. Now under new member ownership there seems to be a surge of enthusiasm growing. I a so glad this Great harvest has weathered the storms of the last 10 yrs economically and is in a resurgence. The quality of breads, pastries, coffee etc. is well worth the stop. I really love the Gluten Free bread and for us who need the alternative, this is fantastic. Stephanie has been especially helpful and a delight to work with each time I drive in from Moses Lake, Wa. Stephanie has gone above and beyond with her service and kindness. Cheers to Great Harvest and good success. R F

I would not call this place a bakery at all. Arrived there early to get some fresh bread and pastries and they did not have any fresh bread, only prepacked stuff. Also, the lady at the register was either very absent minded or rude. She was not helpful at all. Almost seemed like we were bothering her by being in the store. I will not be going back.

Great selection of artisan breads. We love the Cinnamon Chip Bread. Their sweet snacks are always good. Check out their varieties.

Love all the bread there, however; their cinnamon breakfast bread is amazing it is dense and perfect with butter.
