I love this place. Have brought my niece here on a few dates and we always have such a good time. The food is wonderful and we love the tea room with the special fruit and all the different teas!

I had my bridal shower here and it was amazing! I’ve been wanting to go here for so long and never got an opportunity until my maid of honor booked my bridal shower. The food was amazing and the teas were so delicious. Loved the atmosphere and the service was excellent!

None of the staff members knows how to smile. Our waitress had to come over to ask me 3 times what I was drinking. The kitchen staff didn't have hair nets preparing food with long curly hair. At the counter had to wait to pay for the ladies to argue over tips in front of me. Was hard not to say anything like "Customer comes first " Or "Take that discussion in the back ". Would be hard pressed to return. Will not tell friends that I went there, and if I do I won't recommend going. Sorry seems they don't care if they continue their business.

OooOooOo! This was a fun experience! I went to 2 teas this day, both for birthday parties. Heavenly Special Tea was so much more fun & inviting, with better service than another more expensive place in town. We had the tea with 3 courses. Everything was very delicious & beautiful. We laughed a lot, took advantage of the fancy hat nook & photo wall & purchased some pretty tea cups. 5 stars from me! ?

Disappointing, we were seated under the air cleaner from when the building was a bar. The unit was loud, annoying and we had a difficult time conversing when the unit was on. Some of the food was good and some not so good, I understand it's a matter of taste. As for the teas themselves they were good but weak as though the tea room was not steeping correctly or skimping on the tea. The bacon they use on their BLT's is AMAZING as is the bread, the sundried tomato rollup was wonderful and the scones were great! Their clotted cream however leaves much to be desired...they call it clotted cream but it is not and should not be referred to as such. I'm not a fan of the cucumber sammies or the brownies but the cake in the parfait was PHENOMINAL!

This was my first visit and I will be back very soon. We had the kings tea service. If you are having high tea, this is an event and it takes time. We were prepared for 2 hours, but should have given ourselves 2.5-3 hours for this course. 2 hours would be perfect for the queens tea. For was plentiful, and the scones were amazing! For those wanting a quick bite, that's also an option, but it will not be in the tea room. My favorite touches were the hats you can choose from (sanitized between wearers) and the fresh flowers that decorated each course. My only complaint was canned vegetables in the soup.Prices were more than fair. The kings service is the most extensive, 5 courses, at $31. There are $15 options and I additionally ordered a take out meal for under $7. They have a super cute store with teas, candles, bath bombs, tea sets, clothing and more.Kid-friendliness: A well behaved child who loves to be fancy would have a magical experience.

Soup from a can, a “parfait” of lemon pound cake and Hershey's syrup, sandwiches with almost no fillings, and dry-as-a-bone cookies. 70 dollars. At least the tea was good.

I am so glad that Spokane has a Tea room! They have 100's of teas to choose from and their scones are out of this world moist and tasty. Be sure to make reservations if you want tea service. We had the Windsor High Nooner and it was perfect. I am going to make this my regular date place for me and my granddaughter!

Tried several menu items here with a friend, was impressed with them all. The maple pecan scones were especially yummy. We tried sandwiches, which were generous portions on fresh bread, there were several gluten-free options also. The list of tea flavors was extensive. Would like to come again for formal tea.

All I have to say is WOW! The food was amazing the biscuits and gravy was the best in town next to my own and that’s a compliment they are the fist to have gravy that I compare to my own! Everything was on point the French was delicious and the strawberry lemonade was fire too my daughter said it was the best she ever had. I will be in to eat in person for sure! The prices were fair also! I highly recommended this place!

Okay, so pros & cons- Pro- The scones were warm & the cream was delightful. The sandwiches had a good flavor. Tea was tasty and brewed & steeped well. Good selection. Some of the fresh flowers were nice on the serving trays. Tea cups were pretty, Christmas decorations were a nice touch. Cons- The tablecloth was stained and very wrinkly. All of the tablecloths were wrinkly. No teaspoons?!? At high tea? The server didn't pour our waters nor offer to pour the tea when it arrived, after the scones... The server also never cleared anything off of the table when she would bring the next tray so the small table we were at got so crowded I started putting stuff on the table next to ours. The sandwiches were very skimpy- one slice of turkey, seriously? The desserts were a huge disappointment. I expected tiny decadent cakes but instead got cheesecake bites (best of the 3) and lemon bars that were so yucky my 9 yo wouldn't even eat it. And a turkey sugar cookie?? At high tea?? Bottom line- this was a birthday present for my mom and I was looking forward to treating her to a fancy delicious treat and ended up feeling completely ripped off spending $87 for 3 people. If you're going to offer HIGH TEA you should make it a luxurious experience. This felt sloppy and rushed. My grandmother would have had plenty to say if she'd seen what this place is trying to pass for high tea. Either adjust your prices to reflect your offerings or step up your game considerably.

Second time being here, first time was a reserved tea service which was fun. Came in today for lunch with a friend before work, I gave myself 45 minutes to order, eat and enjoy my friend. 2 out of the 3 happened. We waited about 10 minutes before our order was even taken, then another 20 at least before our 2 cold sandwiches and 2 soups came out. I had to go upto the window and ask if I could get my sandwich to go so I wouldn't be late to work! And I had to ask twice to get a refill of coffee! Keep in mind there was us and another table with 2 ladies, that's it! They were not busy! TIPS stands for "to insure prompt service" which is not what happened today! Food was good but hard to enjoy on my break at work! Here's some pics, keep in mind we were in the corner so there were no people behind us. The 2 people sitting down in black are the employees! I hope they can improve service.

Friendly staff and a calming environment, always nice to see, it uses an older building from spokane that looks old on the outside but it's very homey and relaxing inside, looks brand new 10/10 a great place to relax amd start your day.Parking: I did not notice any parking spots but there is an area next to the shop you can park.

From the awful curb appeal to the less then appetizing food this place was so disappointing. The reservation only tea area was busy with a baby shower but definitely not the kind of tea experience I would pay for. There are other options for a true beautiful tea experience in Idaho and Washington but this is NOT one!

Wonderful and huge selection of tea. Had the big breakfast platter. Food was wonderful. Hash browns nice and crispy, eggs cooked correctly and the French toast is to die for.
