I love a good East coast Lobster roll, thought this would be the place. Ended up with food poisoning, not at all disappointed they're closing. Husband went a few months later and got sick as well.

complete rip off. Thank God they are going out of business. Another failed Chad White venue.

I LOVE Lobster Rolls. Living in Montana doesn't make that easy unless I make them myself. So I'm always happy to find a Lobster Roll joint. These Lobster Rolls are good, traditional dipped in butter or with Mayo, and they give you a nice portion of Lobster. I would definitely come and get one again. However, the prices are outrageous. I know, I know, Lobster prices have gone up. But part of the reason why a Lobster Roll is so great is it's meant to give you the feeling you are eating luxurious food for a steal. We paid $178 for 4 rolls and 4 chowders. I did include my tip because I believe in good tipping. But still, that's pricy. But what was most disappointing was the chowder. It was heavily spiced with Old Bay and so were the Lobster Rolls and the Freshly Made Chips!! It's like all you could taste was Old Bay. I love Old Bay, but Lobster and Chowder don't need a lot and it can cover the natural flavors of the Chowder. Just plain potato chips and less Old Bay and more seafood flavor is what this Lobster Joint needs. Then I wouldn't feel so bad paying the price. Also their downtown location was hard to find and then when we got there it was closed. So just more communication on hours and closures would be nice.

Staff was informative and provided excellent customer service. Food was worth the money. Located inside a brick building with a more upscale food court feel.

I got one lobster roll, not in a meal (no drink/clam chowder). It cost over $40. The food was okay, but nothing special. I have had better lobster rolls for half the cost. Definitely don’t need to have another one, and not even close to affordable.

Fiscal caution necessary. Delicious lobster roll. Dining area unique. And situated in a historic building. But, my lobster roll took my 8 bites to eat. That's $3.5 bite!! 4 stars because I don't see any owner interaction within the Google reviews.

We ordered the lobster roll. I can only describe it as a lot of wet lobster with very little of the sauce that makes a true lobster roll so delicious. The bun was undersized and thin. Not what we were hoping for.

Ordered a single Connecticut style lobster roll (butter) for 50$. Received a roll with mayo and a large portion of it was indeed crab (don't argue with me about that high tide). Business refused to make it right and send the correct order. Not to mention the portion of whatever it was I got was extremely small. Would give zero stars if I could

I've been here three times now, the third time to film for a school project. Each time it was like enjoying the food for the first time all over again. Really great tasting food, excellent presentation, and overall an awesome place to have lunch. I definitely recommend High Tide. Thank you all for another amazing lunch!

So the people are nice and helpful. I've never had lobster rolls before so i thought despite the price id give it a try. I did not like them at all. Now it's probably just my taste buds because my husband loved his. I gave it 3 stars because everything else was fine.

Amazing customer service. Ordered for takeout and when I arrived they apologized because they had ran out of chowder and then gave me one of my rolls for free! $20 off my bill for an honest mistake is above and beyond. The surf and turf roll was absolutely delicious to boot.

I've been wanting to try his place since it opened but our hours never matched up. Tonight, not wanting to cook I saw they were open so placed an order for delivery and hoped for the best--REALLY hoping since I had to talk my husband (who wanted burgers) into the idea...it was amazing! I'm not a big writer of reviews but this meal was so phenomenal that they deserve some props! Despite having the meal delivered, the toasted bread on both rolls was warm and buttery and crisp. The lobster on my roll and short ribs on my husbands surf and turf was perfectly cooked and plentiful. The chopped salad also was excellent...crisp lettuce and lots of Gorgonzola and bacon with the perfect amount of dressing. Also worth noting that the boxes the meals were delivered in were classy...not sure how they are managing in a world upside down but we certainly noticed and appreciated the efforts!

It’s pricey but they’re doing the best they can with the market selling lobster at such a high price. Anyway, it was absolutely amazing! I’ve been dying to try this place since it opened and finally made it happen today. The lobster roll was out of this world! The clam chowder was amazingly creamy! I can’t wait to come back!
