Ordered on the app at 5:59pm said food would be ready by 6:14pm arrived at 6:19pm food had not even been started. The guy working the grill looked and acted as if he didn’t want to be there. Finally 10 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be ready it got started. Very slow and very poor service no apologies or explanation for why they were behind considering no one was in the store but 1 other person.

On 1/22, I placed an online order at about 6:45 pm and when I got home, I found it was made incorrectly.Frustrated, I called the store and they offered to re-make it for me. I had to drive all the way back (about 7 or 8 miles). They did remake it and I got home and it was delicious.First and most importantly, I’d like to commend the young man with curly reddish hair working on his ability to handle conflict resolution. He apologized and offered a solution immediately. That’s a good employee and he should be recognized for his professionalism.Second, whoever is making the online orders really, really, really needs to read all of the customization on the order. I can’t express how frustrating it is to order something a certain way and have it be completely inedible (mayo when I requested no mayo) once I got home and saw it.So overall not the best experience, but, as someone who worked at a famous yellow and green sandwich shop for many years in its heyday and really likes Jersey Mike’s, it was nice to see the young man working use the opportunity to flex his ability to solve problems to the customer’s satisfaction in a way that was quick, efficient, and professional.

My first time and it was flawless. Ordered online and picked it up when it said it would be ready. A 5 min drive and it’s the Jersey Mike’s I’ve always known. Without the wait, the long drive in traffic on Regal, or $10 in delivery fees. Yay!

Took a few minutes to get them going on our sandwiches. They didn't put cheese on my tuna, which I didn't realize until we got back to our hotel room. But I like their sandwiches, service needs to improve though.
Overall the food was fine, there was urine stains on the toilet in the men’s room.

Ordered food to be picked up with an estimate of 15 minutes for the order to be ready. Get there after 15 minutes have passed, and the order is not ready. Watch as they helped 4 customers before I got to ask about my order (which had not been started yet) and another 4 customers before my order was started. All of the employees moved with no speed or hurry, and when I complained that I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my order, I finally got an apology and an excuse of the bad been busy. Will not be returning.

The food is incredible! The workers do their job very, very well. I applaud them. HOWEVER, I ALWAYS SEE THEM LOOKING FATIGUE. I wonder if they take their breaks or are even issued breaks!!! They deserve breaks and it is Washington LAW that employees are given a rest break after 3 hours of working at most. Please consider this.
