Spicy East Coast Italian and Turkey Tom are my go to orders, the chips and cookies aren’t bad.Don’t go in expecting 5 star sandwiches it’s just a chain restaurant building cold cut combos, but Jimmy John’s just gets it done right. Maybe it’s the fresh bread.

They messed up my order, gave me a country club instead of a beach club. Their mistake isn’t the problem, and since I get the same thing each time I know it wasn’t my mistake. It’s that the guy wrapping and handing out the sandwiches told me ”go back to the register and ask the guy if he pushed the wrong button”. By then there were plat least 8 people in line. (I had already waited for an order before mine that had at least 12 sandwiches, so I didn’t have time to wait.)

Freaky fast does not apply in this location. The overly apathetic staff is borderline rude and definitely not quick. The music is too loud. Genuinely unimpressed.

The sandwich could’ve gone without the multiple finger pokes though it. Overall the others were not a bad sandwich.

Placed an order for $79 and some change. After about an hour, called to ask for an update. They said they would call the driver and asked if we checked the door. Which, was annoying, but of course we had checked and been watching for our food at this point. They said they’ll have the driver drive by and check things out and call back in a bit.. okay… never called back. We called to just cancel the order about 15 minutes later and they claim to have delivered the order and argue with us adamantly that they delivered it us. Obviously we would know if we received our food. The manager we spoke with never apologized for a mix up. Never acknowledged a mistake. Just kept saying it had been delivered and that a lady had answered the door and received it (obviously, they made a simple mistake and delivered to the wrong address). Then the manager said they would get around to cancelling and refunding the order when he had time. So at least he did that. Thank you.
