This has been a favorite place of hours for years. It had great service great drinks great food. Last Sunday a group of us went for brunch and had a less than stellar experience. Several of the meals we got were cold, and Order of chicken wings came so burnt that you could not get the chicken off the bone, the barbecue beef sandwich was cold when we got the replacement order of wings back only half of them had barbecue sauce on them it took more than 30 minutes to get our first drinks. There were seven of us at the table and not one of us was pleased with any part of our experience. We are planning to go back to give it another try someday in the future and are hoping it will be way better.

Ordered an appetizer along with our food, waited 45 minutes with just water before we decided to leave and go next door the Mexican restaurant (which was amazing). Server never checked on us and continued to serve food to other patrons who arrived after us. Poor service, never got the chance to try the food.

High hopes dashed by the experience. Marginal BBQ. Server must have been new (with little training) and said “I don’t know” to every question we had. Food time to table took waaaay to long. It’s BBQ, people! Last, the payment process was agonizingly long.Maybe this is acceptable up here. When you live in Texas for five years and have BBQ more than once a week, you would understand.

Food is amazing! Service was terrible! We ordered appetizers, received the appetizers with no plates or napkins. The server did not come to check on us for another 10 minutes after getting the appetizer. I had to ask for everything, no once did the waiter ask if we needed anything. Was charged for every soda, never have I been to a restaurant that did not have free refills for soda. I ordered the Ridgcrest burger that comes with brisket. I took 2 bites and realized there was no brisket. I told the waiter, he took my plate to the back and came back with a single piece of brisket. Every restaurant I’ve been to has never brought a partially eaten meal to the kitchen and returned it to the customer. Overall very disappointed in the experience despite the food being good. The service alone is enough to make me not return.

The food was amazing. Not to much smoke or to little. Just enough, and the Pico de gaio on the brisket tacos was just enough heat. I will go back there for sure. I am excited to try the brisket nachos and breakfast
