Not only is the staff pleasent, but the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Great choices and great portions! Highly recommend chicken teriyaki and bulgogi!
What happened to Kay's food?! We ordered take-out (combo 3 - almond chicken and sesame chicken) x2 that we've gotten 100 times before. These new ingredients don't even come close to the original recipes. It was OKAY, but it was not up to expectation. This is one of my family's favorite places to eat and we come here often. It's sad to say, but if it stays like this, I will no longer eat here ?On the other hand, I hope that everything is okay with the staff. I still gave this review 5 stars, in hopes that they go back to the old recipe. I wouldn't want my review to reflect negatively on them.*Edit*They have permanently changed the recipes. I am so sad and disappointed!!!! I have changed my review from 5 to 1 star and I will no longer be eating here.

The food was hot and fresh and it came out pretty quick. I ordered teriyaki beef with shrimp and it was AMAZINGThe restaurant was clean and organized and the bathroom was clean and smelled good too.Highly recommend this place

This place is wonderful and the staff are so kind and have remembered us every time! They are generous with their portions and you can get a great deal of food for a very reasonable price.(Also, as several restaurants have said, they sometimes give out little freebies!)They’re absolutely wonderful and deserve your patronage! :)

They got new owners and the food is horrible. The Teriyaki sauce isn’t good and they put it in on the chicken instead of on the side. The Almond sauce is bland and has no flavor. The fried rice is just white rice with a pea and carrot here and there and the soup isn’t good. The only good thing we got was the special chow mein and fried prawns. Last thing the prices are outrageous:(. Overall very disappointing.

My family and I have been going to Kays for over 20 years. It’s always been consistently fabulous! I mean I loved all of it! It’s been about 5 months since we last went until tonight. We got takeout like we always do and I was so disappointed. Everything has changed. The chicken wasn’t as tender and had a few chewy bits, the tempura shrimp had a fishy taste, everything just had a different taste which is hard to describe and not in a good way. It makes me sad, I feel like there must be different owners. After today I won’t be going back!
