First time actually dining in with the family vs drive thru. Place was clean, quiet, and the food was great. My daughter and I had the tenders and the wife the traditional bone-in chicken. No complaints other than a bit pricey for a family of 3.

Got told 2 1/2 hours before they close that they weren't making any more chicken and that they couldn't give me what I had ordered. didn't make a lot of sense that they were no longer making food 2 1/2 hours before they closed. The lady was like sorry I closed in a couple hours we're not making any more chicken I had ordered extra crispy she said they had none to give and was not willing to make any more pretty sure when you're open you should be serving people what they order until they close not very good service not real happy that I didn't get what I ordered.Just got home and discovered the chicken is soggy and mushy. No skin on the drumsticks and part of the thighs. Absolutely gross

Heres our order tonight:3 kids nugget meals with fries and juice1 classic chicken sandwich meal1 spicy chicken sandwich meal with no pickles.First were given the kids meals, and the classic chicken and noticed the spicy chicken meal isn't in there or even on the receipt. So they run my card again for that, and we wait. While waiting we notice the classic chicken meal is missing the meal portion, so we wait again. When we get the spicy chicken finally, its not a meal. And again, they didnt charge us for it. At this point we're just done and say whatever. We didn't open every single thing to check but we should have.Once we got the kids their meals, we realized it's missing whatever toy or sticker it's supposed to come with.Oh, and that first classic chicken sandwich.. surprise! It's also a spicy sandwich with no pickles.
they forgot my 6501 chicken strips so I Bombed the place with a nuke and they stardet clapping me

yall got some mad disgruntled employees here. Unfriendly customer service. Messed up my order tonight. If I didnt spend almost $60 I would have let it slide, but the customer service the first time was bad. Kept calling before I showed back up, just went straight to busy. 7 times! You work fast food, if you don’t like your job, do something with your life. Don’t shrug at the customers when they are friendly. You just look dumb. Girl With w stripe shirt and flower tattoo on her wrist needs a talking to.

Two employees out side, like on break. Walked in, one employee in back never looked to front. One employee at drive up window was sitting on a bucket with nose glued to cell phone, never looked up at all. Waited about 2 minutes, no service, left. NO CELL PHONE SHOULD BE USED ON JOB.
