Coming back from working in northern Idaho for a few days, I had an overnight near the Spokane airport and was lucky enough to find this place! Some of the best curry I've had - I was going for traditional Massaman curry carryout and the hostess suggested a different version (someone's name, sorry I don't remember the name) but so glad she did, it was excellent. Like massaman but it replaced potatoes with pineapple and added great flavor. I was a bit disappointed in the spice level, I ordered a 5 and it was pretty mild - but I'm used to Chabaar Beyond Thai in Salt Lake City whose spice scale is off the charts.

Do not let the buildings appearance or the interior decor fool you; the food is incredible! Glad we did not allow appearances to scare us off. Only gave 4 stars due to the condition of the facility. The food is 5 star!

Good good, quick service, good prices, what more do you need?

Great food, great service and I love that I live close to it. They always remember me and my bf when we come in. Super nice folks for sure. I love the beef stir fry and the #15 chicken curry rice and potatoes with some of their amazing cream cheese wontons.

Not the same experience as Linnie's on 3rd...the worst part was the uncleanliness of rest rooms...bathrooms were terrible. Sala Thai was closed and we were so hungry for thai.....we won't be back.

Small thai joint that has been in several Spokane locations. The food is always very good.

My hubby and I have been going there for years. Loved going so much when they were at the old Shack downtown. Employees and service was rad too. Haven’t eaten at the south hill one much, maybe once awhile back. Will try it again. Hope you guys come back downtown! ; )

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and seriously 4 pieces of chicken lots of onion and all I could taste was vinegar. Didn’t eat it we paid our Bill and left. No offer of a discount when we told the waitress it was awful.

Always so good and the family that runs it is always really nice.
Ok well this place is a hole in the wall that is next to a very methy trailer park. We were hungry and sometimes the best food comes from the scariest places so we braved it. It's about 12:15 on a Friday and no one else was in there and I mean nobody. We give a shout "Hello" nothing and a little bit later I here some rustling around in the back so I give another shout "hello hello" and a grunt comes from the back. I call out "are you open?" "Yes" in a small female voice answered. Then she popped out and seated us. Looking over the menu I chose to red curry noodles and my girlfriend chose the sweet-and-sour chicken. The food came in a timely manner. I gave my girlfriend the first bite of mine because she had never had curry so I wanted her to taste it she said she didn't like it and I had thought that was weird. Then I tasted it and it was flat out gross it had no taste of anything that I've ever eaten before just gross. So then she tried hers and I saw a disgruntled look on her face I said what's the matter she goes it is horrible. So I tasted it and also I could taste for straight vinegar. We waited for the waitress to come back and that never happened so we stood by the cash register and the old man in the back saw us and called out to the girl. We were charged $38 for a total of four bites of food even after letting her know how bad the food was. So you're probably wondering why two stars. Well I wear a partial that I have to take out while I eat and I had forgotten it on the table and when I came back to ask about it she had it wrapped up nice and neat and handed to me. For the food and service otherwise it would be zero stars

Chicken satay was like beef jerky.. cooked and cooked and cooked and cooked... yellow curry was ok at best. Would rather eat McDonald's.

Nice people. Average Thai for the area. Would go back for convenience, but wouldn't go out of my way.
