Been going to this location nearest my house, in a good neighborhood but always met with late orders, excuses why it's well over order window for pickup times every time, and the chaotic or severely understaffed location. They even raised prices, have new management and its still the same poorly run Little Caesars its been for years. It's depressing that they find this acceptable at all.

The female manager is amazing and very friendly, I came in Friday the 16th around 530pm and there was a bigger gal working very rude and non professional, yelling at the employees ? I waited 42 minutes for a slice and sticks pizza, I always come in on Friday because of the female manager, she's ALWAYS professional and friendly but she wasn't there this time.......

Horrible service employees just walking past us as I'm waiting to order ..10 min later the lead guy finally sees me ...instead of my normal order of pizza soda bread sticks I just got bread sticks to go...never to return to this location..plus the restaurant was absolutely

Came to this little Caesar’s to get some pizza for my brother and sister for a quick just order a half pepperoni and cheese stuff crust they messed up two times the third time I came back it already had been and hour they didn’t say sorry or offer something for my time I was calm the whole time cause ik how it feels to work fast food but damn they need to do some re training it’s like they don’t know what there doing there place is just a mess and the pizza wasn’t even cut all they way like fr how hard is it to cut a pizza I worked at a little Caesar’s before I was a manger everyone there is just unhelpful the owner needs to step up his game he’s losing so much money re making pizzas and unhappy customers there where also no tips it’s just sad too see a place like this dark and gloomy environment.

How this place is still in business is baffling. The service is just atrocious kids just standing around talking with 3 ppl waiting to order. Management is the one to blame place has gone down hill. Would love to give zero stars. I know nothing will change but hopefully ppl will go somewhere that doesn’t suck.

Worst experience I've ever had at a pizza place. On the last visit, I should have learned my lesson, waited 25 minutes for a basic 'hot n ready.' This time, in my attempt to avoid the wait with an angry child, I ordered through the app and scheduled pickup for 3:15. We did not receive our order until after 3:40. The 2 workers there moved like ground sloths and did not care at all. What an embarrassment of an establishment. I will never go here again.

I came in to redeem my crazy bread with the pin ball game within the store. 2 male employees refused my order request saying the balls have to all say Little Caesars on them, when clearly all the balls I had came from their pin ball game. I noticed they had zero hot n ready pizzas and zero hot n ready breadsticks and it was dinner time about 5pm. I think they just told me a lie so they didnt have to make the breadsticks. So why are they at work if they dont want to work? Management has their hands full with this location! I left and went straight up to the Liitle Caesars closer to my place and they employees there helped me redeem my order instantly and with a smile. That store had their hot n ready packed full and had customers there ordering. Night n day difference from one store to the next at same time about ten minutes apart.

Foods wonderful but seems like they're always short on items. Otherwise they're the original tasting little Caesars pizza ?. Service is excellent and attentive. Lobby is good for what they're working with in the building there . But I recommend it if you want a quick pizza pie!! Pizza! pizza!
