Couple of things to say on this review: 1) Mia is an absolute all-star in terms of speed, efficiency, and attitude. Best on the intercom that I've ever experienced. She deserves a raise, immediately. 2) the middle aged lady that works mornings is a legend as well and I'm pretty sure she could identify me by my order by now. She also deserves a raise. 3) BEST McDonald's hands down. How this location has a 3.7 star rating is beyond me. Obviously the people reviewing it have never been to the downtown location and are extremely spoiled. 4) they actually customize my order when i request it rather than handing me a burger that's been sitting under the heat lamp. 5) NEVER HAD AN ISSUE HERE and i order here more than I'd like to admit!

This is the 6th time in a row ordering from the app and I am missing something in my meal. Got shareable meal 40 nuggets and 2 large fries and a medium fry to feed my family. 1 of the large fries missing. It's too cold to go back.

Omg! I opened , my cheeseburger and a bug flew out of the package!!! The other one, I had to peel the bun and old cheese off the wrapper! My bf took pics and then called down to McDonalds. He went there and manager didn't even want to see photos. She quickly refunded our entire meal. Will never ho back again!Parking: It's in a shopping center with shared parking lot. Lot of parking avail

I just wanted to give a shout out to the crew working today. I have been having a rough day/week actually-& placed an order on the app (for a dr pepper, fries and pies). I waited in my car for it, when an employee brings out the drink and said the items were going to take extra time, so they came out and asked if I wanted to wait and I said yes. After a bit they bring the pies and no fries. I asked if the fries were coming and the girl looked confused, but said she was going to get them. Her look made me think I should check my order, sure enough-I didn’t order them. I went inside to let them know, so they didn’t search-( I looked at it as a sign I didn’t need them) & I told them sorry for confusing them. They were all so nice and the cook said-they’re ready-i just finished them-was I sure? I said ok, everyone was so nice…I decided I’ll go ahead and get some then. As she scooped them up-I took a deep breath, which I hadn’t done all week-& a calm feeling of joy just came over me. It doesn’t seem like much but it meant everything to my heart. Seconds later my eyes started leaking…and wouldn’t stop. The manager, I think she thought I was upset/angry-so she came over and as I tried to explain my day and their kindness but I think it sounded just the opposite. I wasn’t sad at all anymore-looking around-all the workers are no older than 20 and just so sweet and hard working. I couldn’t even stop the tears… My heart is full, with just their small effort-was huge. I always love Jenn and all the staff she hires. They are much like her-even in her absence they mimic her service standards. Good job-your team is excellent!!

Service and food with a smile. My 7 year gave the drive thru lady a compliment on her smile! Was a good day. Impressed with Nerf toys also.

The employee was-in my husbands words-tossing out the food when he-your employee-hit the edge of the car and spilled an entire medium iced coffee all in our car. My husband is now soaking wet, and our entire drivers side seat is covered in liquid. I called over to the restaurant and was told they were sorry and there was nothing to they could do. So now my Sunday will be spent cleaning and drying a seat.
