They made us wait while they helped THREE CARS that arrived AFTER US. They never get the orders correct. They don't care if you have bad experiences with their employees. They are filthy. The manager is an inconsiderate uncaring sloth. This McDonalds is the worst McDonalds on the planet & they need a whole new staff starting with replacing ALL MANAGERS & SUPERVISORS. We are never using THIS McDonalds EVER again!!!Dietary restrictions: When we ask for no ketchup, you will not give us any tomatoes. But we did not ask for tomatoes to be kept off. If we don't want tomatoes and ketchup, we would say no tomatoes & no ketchup.

Was charged for the wrong person's order.The female cashier on the evening of 1/16 was rushing and didn't want to take the time to refund my card.Her solution was to charge my card again for my meal but promo off some items.Now that the charges have posted I see I ended up overcharged by $3 because she was too lazy to refund after her error.Not worth dealing with a chargeback, but disappointed in how this location runs things. Casual fraud is not great.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I've traveled quite a bit. I would not recommend coming here for any reason. The employees are rude and do not know how to give you the correct order nor correct a wrong order. If I could give this McDonald's a negative star rating I would. ? ? ?

They got my order wrong I had to turn around waste my time and gas to come back to get treated like trash. Then they asked for the burger Back… that they messed up on … was a great experience y’all keep that energy up! Good on this location for a while. If you don’t like the Job let someone else do it.
