Horrible customer service refuse to talk on the phone or answer the phone. Had to go in and meet with manager huge fiasco for an easy fix. Incompetent workers that need to be retrained.

I think I chose a pizza called the Oliver it has a white sauce but I got 1/2 red too and the fig balsamic drizzle w/pineapple. It was delicious ? I'll be doing that again soon.

The preparation is the issue, a messy prep area and 1 maybe 2 people trying to cover the customers lined back to the door, cross contamination of food items is the issue, if I wanted onions, I would order them, but when they are mixed into other items like tomatoes or peppers, well, I think you get the point... more table bussing is needed as well. Staff was very friendly and fast, very rare to have a bad experience

The pizza dough was raw and toppings weren’t completely cooked. I raised this to the staff’s attention.The response was, “we’re trying something new with our dough so it’s been coming out like that.”Mine order included the regular dough, while my wife’s order included the cauliflower dough.I ate a couple slices of mine before I realized how raw it was and stopped.My wife couldn’t eat one slice.NOTHING was offered or done by the staff to make this right.Shame on Mod Pizza for operating in such a reckless and unprofessional manner.If you want to waste your money on inedible food, this might just be the place for you.
