A friend said he liked the food at New Harbour so I decided to try it. Fast service and very good food. Saw someone get the pepper steak and that looked fantastic. I'm getting that next time. Great little place.

It's easy to pass by this place as you're going down Division. But It's worth a look. Fried dishes are crispy and the meat is of good quality. Portions are generous. Prices are reasonable. Pictured is the lunch special C. Atmosphere is simple but quiet.

Simply excellent. Extremely quick from the time I sat down to the time the food was on the table was 15 minutes. The phone was ringing off the hook for pickup orders and could hear the kitchen working as quickly as they could.Veggie were very fresh and crisp, food super hot, and the taste profiles were on point. Will be back for sure.

Our first time eating here. Was pleasantly surprised. Everything was hot and order was correct. Big portions ( soups come in quart containers so keep that in mind when ordering for two, we have so much soup left?) The only thing we didn't like was the lack of seasoning ( msg has a bad reputation for fabulous flavor) but we are in Spokane WA and there's a lot of white folk here, lol. We enjoyed it all. Thanks, New Harbour.

My go-to restaurant. Been going here since they opened so many years ago. Try them while you can! Going to be retiring soon. I will be sad when that day comes. Absolutely the best almond chicken.

We had tried the almond chicken. It was a deep fried delight. We rather enjoyed it. The fried rice was very good as well. The egg rolls were cooked perfectly, however we did not enjoy the seasoning. I'd say it was a bit overwhelming. Service was excellent and overall a good experience. We will definitely be eating there again

My absolute favorite Chinese cuisine in the Spokane area. Service is friendly, atmosphere is cultural and pleasant, and the food is always great. The price is reasonable for the generous quantities also.

Had lunch at New Harbour Restaurant ( Chinese Food) on Division. The portions were large, Food was fresh and tasty. We had the Lunch Combos- Fried Prawns, Pork Chow Mein, Almond Chicken (Lunch Combo) - and Egg Foo Yung, Pork Chow Mein, Sweet & Sour Chicken (Lunch Combo) The food was good. The Egg Flower soup was tasty and good. They made it fresh today. The Fried Rice was fluffy and didn't stick together. Overall, I liked the food and it looked appetizing on the plates.

I have been going here for over 20 years!! This will always be my favorite Americanized Chinese spot. The service is fast and the food is delicious. Gotta love a great family-owned business!

Demonstratively better than most all other Chinese diners in the Spokane area. Same nice family that have been there for decades. One of the best roast duck offerings to be found...

Wonderful tasty food! Not at all soggy greasy. Excellent calm musical environment and the waitress fast and efficient. I'm humbled thank you guys. Much fortune and success.

Delicious food, large portions, and great service. This is a must-try Chinese restaurant in Spokane. Prices are pretty steep but well worth it due to the big portions.

One of the very few Chinese diners in our area that I don't need to be bribed or black-mailed to visit. They've been there for decades and the kitschy, but familiar, decor has not changed one iota. I've always liked how bright it is in there--no matter what the weather--because of picture windows on three sides of the dining area. Their food is really good, and way more impressive than the multitude of homogenized Chinese joints we have in the Spokane/Cd'A metro. Lucky for me their Roast Duck is one of the better offerings I can find around here. Wifey was a bit under the weather, and enjoyed a soothing bowl of Wor Wonton Soup. I was able to assist, of course, and it was as delicious as everything else they do. Always a pleasure to visit this nice family and know we will never be disappointed with anything on their menu...
