I visited PF Chang’s often, but this experience at the Spokane location has to be the worst one I’ve had. Our waiter had an attitude and a snarky tone, which we ignored.Once we told him my sister had a shellfish allergy, he was extremely rude. He said he could not “guarantee” that they could safely cook the food separately. This is first time any PF Chang’s has said they cannot accommodate this.We asked for the manager, and he also showed no concern or compassion for our request. This is unacceptable. As a restaurant, you should be taking these request seriously. Shellfish allergies are serious. If you can’t at least guarantee food safety, then at least show better customer service.

Great food and for the most part very consistent. Gave 4 stars due to not authentic Chinese food. I do appreciate that they have selected gluten free items. I just wish the did the hot and sour soup gluten free!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free available!

Wow! I hadn’t been here in a while and was having a craving for lettuce wraps. The lettuce wraps were good, but I was more impressed by the delicious drinks, and above and beyond service from our bartender Chuck. My drink had a cool smoky presentation, another drink was interactive as she got to pour in her own citrus that changed the color of the drink, and the other was a twist on a classic drink, the rum punch. I think this would be a great spot to bring anyone who would be charmed by a well balanced drink with a good presentation.

Went to PF at Planet Hollywood in Vegas, food was amazing. Wife wanted to have it again so we drove the 2 hours to Spokane. We picked up our order to go. The food was terrible. The noodles tasted and looked like instant Ramen. The pork fried rice still had clumps of plain white rice everywhere in it and it was bland with a few chicken nugget sized pieces of pork and a load of carrot slivers. The peppered beef was tough and very few vegetables. The portions were dismal in comparison to the one we ate at in Vegas. Would not recommend going here to anyone. We realize that restraunts tend to skimp on portions for take out in comparison to eating in the restraunt but this was ridiculous.

Chuck has been phenomenal! They ran out of Pilsner glasses but when replenished they were warm from the wash. He literally sat there and iced our glasses before he poured the beer in them. Absolutely amazing. NotTo mention so fun to chat with! Thanks for making our date night one be night to remember.

I always love eating at P.F. Chang's, the food is consistently excellent and the atmosphere is welcoming. As always I ordered way more than I can eat, it's too good to not order a bit of everything.
Jonathan went above and beyond to provide us excellent service and offered to serve our soup bowls and box out to go containers. It was a very enjoyable vacation dinner and would definitely go again and recommend for a nice dinner in Spokane!

Tried the new $55 Chang’s for Two feature. It comes with an appetizer, a main entrée, another side dish, and the dessert for two. The Crispy honey chicken was so tender with a crispy outside and it was like “melt in your mouth”! My sister called it heaven chicken! Also got the “Ring of Fire” bowl to go with everything and if you want some extra spice, it is really awesome and it’s off the menu!Parking: It’s easiest to park in the underground parking garage for the River Park Square mall across the street. It was four dollars for the time it took us to eat dinner.
