Swung in here for a quick lunch. Not my normal Panda stop. Was impressed with the quality, cleanliness, and staff. Specifically Israel. He was very helpful and kind. Also had amazing customer service. In a day that was not going well for me, seeing his happy smile and joyful attitude turned my day around. Thank you Israel for reminding me in that brief moment of taking my order that today is actually a great day regardless of what else is going on. Blessings.

I ordered for takeout, they asked me who my order was for, I waited for over 20 minutes after it should’ve been ready. They helped everyone who got their like 10 minutes after me for in person order and ignored me and then put my order on the shelf until I had to ask again if it was my order. :(

Yummy food as usual. Love their new drink selection. Boyfriend tried the pomegranate pineapple and I did the peach lychee. Very good.
This was a late takeout. Almost closing time but they ended up making the food as the items we wanted ran out. Fresh food, good portions, and great service. Would definitely recommend!
They charged me a $5 donation without asking me, when I called for a refund, they were rude in telling me I had to physically come back when I paid with card. She ended that call by hanging up on me. Double check your receipts people.

I did an online order, less than 24hrs later my card was hacked. I use this card very little. Hadn't used it for two weeks. So beware if you use a card at panada express. It has caused nothing but problems.

Panda street on market Street spokane wa. Two times now got sick from food poisoning ,this time took food back refused to give money back also when I called too busy to come to phone.im passed of you weren't to busy to take my money 35.oo dollars and to give me food which had me sick for two

Lady was kinda rude. But more than that Panda over all has just gone down hill. The food sucks. After covid clearly they cut back on ingredients or something and the food has no flavor. Not to mention you cant sample a new flavor anymore. Glad i bought something that sucked cause i couldnt taste it first. After a couple years of "trying one more time with my gf, we wont ever be eating panda again. We'd rather pay the extra 20 bucks for good food.
