I'm a door dash delivery driver and have had several orders for this particular store where they have been extremely late on the time order was suppose to be ready and had several complaints on the pizzas from my customers I dropped order off at. The staff at night during dinner rush are completely rude and incredibly disrespectful to anyone who complains. I have witnessed this not only with myself but other customers who were misinformed about the time on there order. Number one rule= customer is always right. You don't scream at your customers and tell them if they have a problem they can come see you. Not ok at all...

Love Papa Johns Pizza especially there new garlic epic stuffed crust. We eat here about once every couple weeks it is a little pricy though. Not as cheap as Dominos or Little Caesars but worth it.

Ordered a pizza online for pickup. Half pineapple and the other half mushroom, but instead they put both veggies on one side and the other side cheese. Wish they could have read the simple instructions better.

I went to the Papa Murphy's on Rowan and it was packed with people. I mean you had a good 2030 minute wait before you got even waited. So I went to the one on Indiana closer to my house. There were people there, but not as many as the one on Rowan and they fixed me up right away with my pizza. Mary impressed and proud. That's why I gave them. Four stars.
When we placed our delivery order, it was estimated that it would be 25-35 minutes. Over an hour later, our food arrived. It was cold and they didn't even have everything we ordered. There are far better places to get pizza delivered from in this area, I'd skip Papa John's and pick somewhere more reliable, which is literally anywhere, they set a very low bar.

Get pizza anywhere else, this location is terrible. We ordered a single pizza and a few sides. The website says it's should be 25-35 minutes, the store is less than 2 miles from my house. Over an hour later, our food arrives. Everything is cold and they didn't even have everything we ordered. Never ordering from here again. I really wished I'd looked at reviews here or on Google before ordering. They have a pattern of awful service and awful food. Save your money, go anywhere else.

We ordered on the app almost 2 hours ahead of time to be delivered to us at 9pm, in a hotel only a mile away. 9 o’clock came and no pizza. I had to call the store 2 times and they were not sure where their driver was. 9:30 the driver comes walking up the sidewalk and tells me that his Seri took him the wrong the direction and that is why he is 30 minutes late delivering a mile away. So needless to say, our pizza and papadia were basically cold and we were not pleased. When you order from the app almost 2 hours in advance, there should be no reason for a customers order to be late, especially when the store is only a mile away. I wouldn’t recommend using the app for this store and I would not recommend this store given their driver got lost from Seri a mile away.
