I will have to say this place has amazing food and wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend this place. All smiles here.

Our server brought out the hot coffee the minute we sat down. Unfortunately we don't have a Perkins where we live anymore but great experience here.

Terrible experience. The AC was out. Not their fault. But our server messed up on salads. He was on a hover board. The food took way too long to come out. Didn't check on us to see how we were liking our food. Terrible customer service. Gave attitude and I asked out my second side. You couldn't pay me to come back and eat here. If I could give negative stars I would.

Went here for breakfast. Food was ok, but silverware was dirty. Oh, and we were at their very best table. The one with a passed out junkie right behind us.

Waited to be seated in lobby. Several employees walked past us. Someone finally said they were getting tables ready and then they disappeared. There were only a handful of people in the entire restaurant. No one ever came back to seat us, so we left.

Service stuffs are really nice and polite. But the food is not so good- small portion, fish and shrimp are not fresh- totally not worth the price I paid. Old-fashion interio, spacious, and clean.Parking: Lots of space

We waited over 15 minutes to be seated, staff looked at us waiting but didn't acknowledge us at all. We ended up leaving along with another party. The restaurant generally smelt bad and probably didn't have AC considering it was ridiculously hot and humid in there. Obviously didn't get the chance to try the food but I assume it wouldn't be great considering everything else.

Food was okay. Biscuit, gravy, home style potatoes and sausage patty were all good. Scrambled eggs was not scrambled eggs. Was a solid flat piece of something.Water was plentiful but never got a refill on my iced tea.Cinnamon roll I took home was over baked, hard and dry to the center. Extremely disappointing. Was looking forward to that soft gooey center.Hard to run a business without adequate staff and it was obvious that they are extremely short staffed. Very hardworking but friendly staff. Will probably be awhile before I come back but be patient with the service. They're doing their best!

The restaurant was dirty. Which I could understand if they had been open for a few hours. However we got there at 715am. The place looked like the never cleaned it from the night before. It was empty in there and of all the available tables the waitress sat us at the table with a bird shit smear across the window. And the table and seats were dirty.Fast forward to ordering our coffee. Not too much to mess up there.... But the coffee thermos was dirty with dust. As my boyfriend said it was furry. Then we poured our coffee and something floated to the top. At this point I was already debating just leaving. When the waiter brought the food he brought our food on a dirty serving tray. My pancakes were salty the French toast burnt the meat was uncooked the eggs over cooked and mines had shells. We had put in a order for my MIL but we decided to cancel it because our meal was so terrible. $50 later and we still had to go get something to eat elsewhere... don't waste your time at least for breakfast and if you mind a dirty restaurant then steer clear of this place. Save your money go elsewhere.

Do not get cinnamon rolls here, the worst I've ever had. Dry, way to much bread, no cinnamon flavor, frosting was just plopped on and I had to spread it myself. Again it was SO dry basically no moister whatsoever do not get the cinnamon

Waited almost 30 minutes to be seated. While employees stood around talking. Took almost 45 minutes after we ordered to get our food of which I had to send back for raw eggs and bacon.I get being short staffed but the service was terrible and so was the food. Spent 65 bucks for a terrible breakfast for three people.

This was the longest wait I have ever had for food an hour and 45 minutes the food was mid

Slow service with motel grade food. We were seated quickly at the quarter full restaurant. Our server didn't come for another 15 minutes and when she did she complained about how busy it was. It took another 20 minutes to get our drinks, and 20 minutes more for food. We almost walked out a few times because of the delays and odd side talk of the staff, but we hoped at least the food would be good diner food. It wasn't ...I got the fried chicken country biscuits. The fried chicken was literally a chicken tender. For nearly $25 a person, there are so many better breakfast spots in Spokane. (Recommendations to the staff would be to get drinks out by table and not by section. Safer and quicker)

Server and staff were having a crumby night. Short staffed and food was way behind. Staff held it together, took care of us, and made the best of a bad situation. Food was good and cooked exactly how we asked. The server was upbeat even though they were obviously flustered and stressed. Took care of us with some free pie and a good attitude. Well done.

Great place to get a slice of pie and meetup with friends. On the weekends they are open until 11pmIf you ever need a recommendation. You have to try the pies. They are an amazing dessert when you just have that sweet tooth craving. And the other thing that I enjoy about Perkins is, if you eat there you can stay parked, and then go walk downtown, which is only a couple blocks away
