Granted, I ordered a pizza from them through DoorDash. My order was correct on DoorDash, but when I received my pizza, it didn’t have any sausage on it. I know it may seem small, but we tried to call and see if if we get a new pizza ordered and we’re willing to bring back the old pizza for a new one they told me they couldn’t do anything, because it was ordered through DoorDash, and they weren’t willing to correct their mistake on the label that they printed, which showed that they did not follow a simple direction as to reading the full order and making it as ordered , I’m very disappointed because the last three or four times we’ve ordered pizza from them. It’s very subpar , and I feel very disappointed as a consumer that they can’t read full details and fulfill an order correctly.

I have been ordering from the shadle store for quite some time. My latest order was awful! I paid 42 bux for luke warm pizza and wings, half of my pepperoni pizza was cheese and when I called they said "well thats what you ordered"? Guess i will be ordering from pizza rita from now on!

food is great, but my-lanta, the service is SLOW.... so far fifteen minutes for a sandwich.... that I ordered online fifteen minutes before I showed up... so far.

We’ve never had a bad experience here. We are close to the location on 57th so we typically just do a pickup order. They’ve always been pretty accurate with the pickup time. I personally love the garlic pesto supreme and my kids love the tricky sticks. The product we get is always consistent.

Love the pizza. They're back... We had a bad pizza this last winter, and it wasn't good. We decided to try it again, and I am happy to say they're back. Tricky sticks are amazing.
Called in and they denied service because one of their drivers "didn't feel like" driving out here even when we are in range

Went and got pizza for my son's birthday. They went the extra mile and wrote happy birthday on the inside of the box. It was a great surprise when we opened the box.

Seemed like the manager/lead was overwhelmed with orders and incompetent employees. Pizza was good though so I might give them another shot when I'm not as hungry and have hours to spare

They took almost took an hour and 45 minutes to deliver. When I called the pizza place to ask for the ETA of my order they were rude. Then the delivery driver splashed my car with soda in the freezing temperature so it froze. So overall very disappointing and my car is ok.

Ironically after working here for years (but not in many years) I have never had someone be so hostile towards me for absolutely no reason, as the lady who insists two toppings on each side =3 or 4 toppings. I'm at least laughing about it, but I'll head downtown instead
