If you're anything other than white, don't go here. You'll be treated like a second class citizen for absolutely no reason. Such a shame, we were nothing bit respectful. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Unfortunately, with their hours stated as closing at 10 pm, arriving at 8:50 I was presented with the info that the last call for food was at 9pm. We ordered just before 9pm and had a drink, and the server came up and announced last call for drinks was at 925.... We felt like we were being rushed out, with him turning off the restaurant music before we had finished dinner. I could tell we were not wanted, so next time I will just choose somewhere else.Just so you know, when looks at restaurants in the area, most places close at 9, with this establishment closing at 10. I would expect you to get some business after 9. If you don't want that business, just close at 9 like everyone else.

Delicious food and extremely fast service! The whole place looked very nice and had comfortable seating. Clean atmosphere, even a clean bathroom! Absolutely amazing. It was a little loud in there with the music playing in the background, but not so loud that you had to shout. Overall, a fantastic place that I will absolutely recommend to others! :)

so far the drinks food and service have always been amazing every time I've been there as well as the other locations. One of my friends feels like the food is too salty there but I love salt so I didn't notice! Always a nice atmosphere. The cocktails are great!

Love this place, golfing and great company and foodPerfect....
Pooles is a Spokane gem! It's so fun to see family businesses thrive! It's nice to see the menu that features family traditions! It's great food for an excellent price.

This one my favorite places to eat in Spokane. Sports fans, there are at least 5 TVs in the wall. The staff are friendly. There's popcorn at the door. A great place to meet up with friends and family.Parking: Parking can be tight.
Good service, lousy nachos. Am Always hearing such great things about Poole's. We decided to check them out last night. Very crowded, obviously popular. Almost no parking left at 5 pm. The $22 plate of chicken nachos was a plate of mostly dry (but I will concede they were tasty) chips with cheese, chicken bites, green onion and olives layered on the top. The melted cheese had already cooled down by the time we got it. Ate the top layer and brought the rest home to add cheese and reheat so I could finish my dinner. The half price cocktail for happy hour cost $9. Won't be going back.

Kind of like the old arena beers. I bet the cup of soup is bigger than this wimpy ass bowl. Complete rip off.

Great place to go on the south hill for some delicious food prepared from our great cooks, definitely dosent disappoint and I get food every shift??
